Hotel was clean with comfy beds. Bathroom had hair dryer and shower had good water pressure. Had a supermarket 1 minute walk away and others in the area. Right next door to a pizza place which also had a bar and open until 11pm. Couple of bars and restaurants in the area (bit of a walk). Hotel did have outside seating and tables which was very useful. Didn’t really notice much noise from other guests. Heating was good and hotel always warm. Travelling from the airport you need X7 or X71 bus and then change to 171 bus at Rudow stop. Make sure you buy bus/train tickets prior to getting to hotel (at the airport ready buy B/A zone tickets) or you are stuck at the hotel if you don’t have transport. Hotel is in zone B and A is the centre. When buying tickets they are cheaper the more you buy so may be worth working out how many you are going to need for your stay. Bus/train tickets can be used across all transport services and last for 2 hours once validated (machines prior to getting on trains or actually on bus). It is 45 minute ride to centre from hotel (bus 171 and change to U-Bahn). We were a late evening/night check in with no reception and that process was easy enough. Pleasant stay for the price.

Reception had limited hours of 2-8pm and unfortunately didn’t speak English. Lift was unfortunately out of order/service for the whole of our stay which was fine for us as we were only on the first floor. Coffee machine in reception was unfortunately out of service for the whole of our stay.

Very clean, affordable well-maintained. Nice outdoor space in front with tables and chairs. Smooth check-in process even for late or early arrival, when the front desk is unmanned. Good bus connections to metro and from there city.. Green, peaceful neighborhood, not far from airport. Can pay at premises, which is nice.

No lamps in room, only overhead light. No kettle, no small fridge. Unclear what happens if you lose your key between 8pm and 8am when the front desk is unmanned. Non-Enflish speaking receptionist (but we managed).

We chose this hotel for its very affordable price. We had everything we needed, it was appropriate for our short stay (3 nights). Rooms are not big, but they are clean and we liked that they had many windows.

One of the beds was very squeaky. The location is very far from the city center, however, there's a bus stop only few metres away from hotel entrance so public transport connections are good. Elevator being closed outside reception hours was a bit of an inconvenience, as we always had to walk up to the 3rd floor.

The lady at the reception was super kind, the room was a good size for a single and bathroom relatively good sized too, the Italian restaurant next door was good, a decent sized shopping mall a walk away, easy enough to get to the airport by bus, I knew about the location and the (reliable) transport links so for me the place was 10/10 for what I paid.

Time to add breakfast (maybe an all-day coffee shop too) to the offering, they have a pretty good room/kitchen for it already, just not using it.

I enjoyed my stay here! It was a small room but plenty of space still. It had a private bathroom and was clean. Very affordable price for the quality you get. The staff was kind. I wish it was a bit closer to the main parts of Berlin, but it's still a great quiet area. Also liked having ALDI and a gas station down the street.

Location could have been better

This was my 2nd stay and what I expected was almost all there. The room is very clean. Simple but well maintained and organsied. Spacious storage place. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. A big shopping mall (Gropius Arcade), which is connected to a metro station is a bit far but still in the walking distance (about 15 Min), where you can basically buy everything you need.

There is no kettle nor fridge, which I had known, but having no towel was something I didn't expect. Without plugging in/out, TV could not be switched on/off. It is a bit far from the city centre and train/tube stations.

Everything was cleaned very well. Everything was functional. The room was in good condition. The location was near enough to get into berlin city. The Subway and bus was easy to reach and is very good to use in berlin

The carpet inside our room was old and looked dirty. The stairwell smelled of food because of the restaurant right next to the Hotel. They often leave the door open to the kitchen ... what is not that great.

Everything anyone needs is there

The lift is unavailable after 8 pm Which is an issue for night flights My flight was after this timing & since I had a neck problem I couldn’t wait & I took my baggage downstairs by lift & checked out too early although I needed to relax in my room till the time of my flight

The room was good value and spotless. I asked for a kettle so I could have a hot drink. No food/drink facilities. Spotless bathroom and v comfortable bed.

The description of the hotel includes breakfast. There’s no breakfast or any facilities other than room. The room is great though.

The hotel is easy to reach with public transport. The room is clean, spacious, has floor heating and wifi which is good enough for remote work. Overall it offers a good value for money.

If you need a breakfast buffet or other amenities, you will need to try other establishments down the street. Otherwise this should do the trick.
