The room was very comfortable. Comfortable like home. All the details in the kitchen were considered. It was very good to have a sitting area and a table. The wifi was working very well. The room was clean. The receptionist was kind and attentive. There are markets and restaurants around. Public transport is right in front of the door. a calm and quiet area

There was a smell coming from the toilet from time to time. The location is not very central but transportation is done in front of the door. We liked the location. It may not be suitable for those who want to be very central. Room cleaning service could be more frequent. There is no staff at the hotel on weekends and after 17:00.

The room is very homey and has all the basics I need. Had a lovely 3-week stay and will stay here again when I go back to the area!

Impressive contactless Check-in/out experience. The location is very good and you have good connections to trams/S-Bahn

Very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and very clean, there's a kitchen with all accessories but no dishwasher. Laundry area, gym are all in the lobby. Multiple grocery stores within walking distance. Tram stop right in front of the hotel.

The area isn't exactly the nicest you'll ever see, sometimes it can get noisy during the night. Tram can be a bit loud if you're a light sleeper. No fan in the room, maybe not the best option for summer months.

Location good for work. It's still 50mins by public transport to the centre. The machine made nice coffee. Appreciated the washing machines. Parking space.

The pervasive smell of cooking in the apartment. Bathroom after a week looked very tired. Not sure how to deserve the weekly cleaning service. Lack of personnel. WiFi stopped working at some point. It's Winter and some doormat would be great.

The spring door shut automatically ..unlike my apartment in Dublin so I was locked out..saying goodbye to family ....keys inside the room. This is not the case in entrance doors in hotel or apartment rooms .... they are not spring loaded..in my experience. I understand reasons of security........but I was not expecting the door to close behind me.

Very good location, close to a lot of the public transport. The apartment is very well equiped for monthly stays, all the kitchen basics are there. Fairly good size, pretty comfortable for a solo traveler and even a couple. Very good check-in process, simple and efficient. Well equipped and app based laundry room, I used it quite a few times and it was very efficient to have that in the building.

I was staying on the ground floor, so ocassionally it can get a bit noisy. Cleaning was a bit inconsistent, one week was very good, the other week the floor was dirty when I arrived at the place. I didn’t have many interaction with the staff, most of them seem quite friendly, specially the cleaning staff. However there was one person that was particularly rude. There is a Cafe in the building, and one morning after going to the garden I decided to walk in through the cafe (that I was gonna come back to for breakfast, but had forgotten my wallet), the door from inside the cafe lead directly to my room. I was surprised by the person who works the at he place shouting at me for using the door. Saying that it was not the correct way of getting in the building. Started shouting at me about people coming in with bikes through the cafe (??? I had no bikes with me). This was 7:30 in the morning. Completely lack of sense on how to talk to other humans, a simple “please don’t use this door unless you are in the cafee would have sufficed”. Or better yet, if that is such a problem, close the door.
