The room was quite spacious and well-suited for guests. Most essentials for a comfortable stay were provided. I appreciated the location, cleanliness, proximity to shops and a pharmacy, easy access to public transport, good sound insulation, and an overall smooth check-in process.

Room cleaning is not included for stays under 7 days, which was a bit disappointing. Check-in time could be more flexible — I arrived at 9:00 AM and had to wait quite a while before getting access to the room. The self-check-in system, while convenient, can also be confusing at times. There was no air freshener in the bathroom, no rug on the balcony (unlike other rooms), no separate bins for recycling, and no bin bags provided.

Room size was perfect and offered anything we need. The third person that came spontaneously for a night was accommodated by instantly putting a third bed in the room while we were gone for the day. The basketball court across the street made my son extremely happy 🏀 The buildings are in a quiet area and parking is available at all times. I appreciated the coffee in the lobby.

I’d probably not stay here is o needed public transportation, but we drove our own car to all the places we needed to go, so it was a perfect stay for us. Parkbühne for the Ski Aggu concert was a 12 minute drive.

We liked everything: perfect cleanliness, soft and comfortable bed, everything you need in the kitchen, a large wardrobe, balcony. Online check-in in any time. We were pleased with the presence of a microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board. It was very cozy, warm, quiet. Excellent Wi-Fi. A huge Kaufland supermarket, tram and bus stops are a five-minute walk away. Not far is the S-Bahn stop, from which you can get to the center of Berlin without transfers. Everything was great!

The apartment was spacious and in a convenient location, and the check-in process was smooth. However, we had a few issues during our stay. Overall, it’s a decent place, but these details should be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

• It was hard to find the correct block number on arrival. • The curtains had a strong plastic smell. • There was no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable in warmer weather. • Breakfast was served in a nearby building instead of on-site, which was a bit inconvenient.

Stayed in a Superior Apartment. Clean and spacious apartment in a quiet area. Comfortable and well-appointed. Staff were helpful. There is a direct train from Berlin Airport running every 10 minutes or so. The train station is ~10 minutes walk. Ideal for the Humboldt-Universität of Berlin's Adlershof campus.

No breakfast available on-site. If required, a voucher can be purchased for the Airport Hotel nearby. Reception is only open at certain hours. This is nowhere near Berlin city centre, but a direct train is available 10 minutes away. Little to do nearby.

Parking was available on the street - no problem when I arrived. There was a small parking lot near my building that had electric recharge for cars (which I did not need). First, I went to the office to register at which time they provided me two codes to get into the building, and then the apartment. This was a nice size studio apartment. I was traveling solo, so plenty of room. It would be fine for a couple. The kitchen was basic but very adequate for a short stay - I only used the microwave, not the stove (2 electric burners I believe). Nice size refrigerator. Some basic utensils and cookware. No dish soap that I could find! Bath room/shower very nice. Plenty of hot water. Apartment had a nice sofa and kitchen table as well as a nice bed. Very adequate lighting and electric window shades so one could really darken the room. Now - the Adlershof S-Bahn station close to the apartment was closed for renovations - however, the staff was able to help me determine which tram (try M17) I could ride to get to the next S-Bahn station (Schöneweide) closer to the city that was still operating. There was a nice shopping "mall" close by with a large Kaufland grocery store @ Rudower Ch 12, 12489 Berlin, Germany.

I can't think of anything. Now - I arrived on time; I am not sure what would happen if I arrived late at night. Parking late at night could be an issue, but I did not experience this.

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartments. The staff was friendly. They provided an extra bed for my son free of charge. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, with everything you need. The best part — there's a bathtub :) You can always grab a coffee in the lobby. Wonderful and comfortable. Next time we return to Berlin, we'll be happy to stay here again.

The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable: the windows of our apartment in building 4 faced the street, and since it was hot in the summer, we slept with the windows open. The passing cars were very noisy! Especially when it was an ambulance or police car with sirens blaring (I still don't understand why they need to use the siren at night). So next time, we'll request a room with windows not facing the street :)

Adapt apartments provide a great quality at very affordable prices. The apartment buildings are very new and cleverly designed. Our room was very comfortable and large. We had all the necessary amenities. The common room had extra amenities like a free coffee machine drink/food vending machines and nice couches. There is a free laundry room too. Overall excellent service! Thank you. Location is perfect. Only 25min S-Bahn distance from the airport. About 35min to city center. Five minutes walking distance to Adlershof S-Bahn Station. Very convenient. There is a Kauffman Supermarkt and many lunch or dining options nearby.

Nothing to complain about. We just loved it.

The area is nice and newly built (although far from the centre). Close to coffee shops and hypermarket. Terrace space is nice for ground floor apartments. Nice free coffee.

We had to wait more than 30 minutes to check in. Is it really necessary? Self check would be great. Also, check in at 15:00 and check out at 11:00 (do you really need 4 h to clean the apartment?) The bathroom has a sliding door and is next to the bed. It is noisy because you can hear even the ventilation in the bathroom. We asked for a quiet room (because we had a 7 month old baby) and received a room next to the street where we could hear cars and ambulances. Not nice.

A nice, spacious apartment with a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, including a coffee machine with capsules and a kettle for making tea.

The apartment is quite far from the city center, with public transport taking up to an hour. During our stay, there was a rail replacement service due to S-Bahn construction, requiring three transfers just to get downtown. We primarily booked in the Adlershof area for an event at the Erwin Schrödinger Zentrum, and for this purpose, it was perfect, as it was just around the corner. However, the price was too high for the location in general.
