Supermarket across the road. Good transport links from train station a 10 minute walk away. Tram outside the apartment. Lots of restaurants and takeaways nearby. Also, there was a washing machine and dryer in the lobby which you could pay to use.

There weren't enough plates, bowls etc. for 4 people. We had a one bedroom apartment where the bathroom was in the bedroom. The people sleeping on the sofa bed had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly when we asked for another room on the opposite side, as they were working on the street and we couldn't sleep in.

One of the pillows had a strong stinky smell, like old sweat. But we brought our own pillows, as we like thinner pillows than what you usually get in hotels

The area has many shops, food joints, transportation facilities, an S-Bahnhof nearby. The facilities within the apartment are state of the art. It was a very comfortable stay for us, our 4 month old daughter and my parents.

It’s far away from Berlin. Took almost 30 min to travel to Berlin. You also have to keep in mind the waiting time for an S-Bahn is 20 min.

If you had a fan in the room as it got quit hot on the top floor

The staff. Oh my God. Amazing. We arrived at 8am on 26th July from an all night train ride from Munich. Usually check in is at 3pm, the lady at the cafeteria didn’t know what to do since she was not in charge of check in. I don’t speak German but she called someone and we could tell that she was pleading for an early checkin on our behalf. Kuddos to you Ma’am. You made our world a better place that day. Additionally, supermarket and restaurants are just across and allover the place, airport is just 21 minutes by S9, You generally have access to everything.

No AC. We slept with the door open. That’s the only way we could get some fresh cool breeze

I booked the Studio Apartment for a one night stay with a friend. When booking I thought it would be two individual bedrooms with a shared bathroom and kitchen aisle. Turned out those basically were individual apartments each with their own kitchen aisle, TV, couch, bed and bathroom, separated by two connecting doors. If both were open, they basically turned into one bigger apartment. As we like to watch TV or such together in the evening, this was a perfect solution for us. Gave us our privacy while also encouraging us to spend time together. The apartments were on the ground floor with direct access to the street. To still ensure no one could just walk up to the apartments, there's a high fence surrounding the "terrace" area. The kitchen area is fully equipped, even with a dishwasher and the fridge with an ice compartment. The bathroom has a good size with a big sink and several power outlets. The bed is very comfortable. The TV has a Chromecast, so you can easily watch whatever you prefer on there. The naming of the devices isn't consistent though, so that may be confusing at first. Adlershof station with several S-Bahn lines going through is five minutes away and a tram stop is even closer too. There's an Edeka open until midnight basically across the street, along with multiple kiosks and take-away shops, so you're unlikely to go hungry. We arrived by car and found a parking spot right around the corner. The parking on the street was really full though, so we seem to have been lucky. I'm pretty sure this wasn't our last stay in Berlin and next time we'll definitely check if there's room here again!

The bed in the "middle" apartment of the three groundfloor apartments is more suited for a single person as you'd have to climb over the other person to get in and out during the night. The middle apartment also doesn't have a good way to get some fresh air in without having to open the door. There is a smaller window above the door, but the handle is impossible to reach if you aren't really tall or climb onto something. The other apartment, which is situated at the corner, had both a smaller window easily opened above the door and a big window at the side. The light switches are rather confusing, so I think labelling them would be a good idea.

Shower water mixer needs to be fixed. Sometimes hot, sometimes cold 😒

It was really above my expectations. Well furnished apartments with everything you need, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, all kitchen tools and a real smart screen TV. Smiley and helpfully staff specially the young gentleman I guess he is the owner. I came late the following day because of a delayed flight. They offered me a complimentary stay up on availability. That was so generous. There is transportation mains and a big supermarket in front of hotel. It was secure, clean, tidy, and with a nice smell. I will come again Like this should be the real furnished apartment.

Absolutely insane how cheap it is for what you get. I originally was in a back packing hostel and found it difficult to sleep so went on booking.com and this was the cheapest available property. I could not believe how it was an apartment and literally so cheap. I honestly would stay here again. Even if the location was perfect for me I still would stay here!!!

Only the location but honestly for the price I would make that sacrifice. I do also wish they had more loo roll as I didn’t have much in the room when I arrived and a cleaner never came to clean the room so no more was added. Also the dishwasher ran out of salt and therefore didn’t work but it was my last day so just left it. The other thing I would say is they need a bigger bin especially if they aren’t going to clean the rooms. My last point not an issue for me but just incase people need it, I will just mention there is no telephone in the room

Due to the delay in the opening, the stay has ben transferred to Nena Blau Appartment in Oberspree. People in charge have directly managed the transfert of reservation for the same price. View on the Spree river, very calm. and supermarket very close. Kindness of the people in charge.

Nest time, I think I will choose the closer Apprtment in Adlershof
