Excellent location. We arrived easily from the airport by subway and bus. Very clean, quiet area. We had 2 apartments, one with a lake view and one facing the road. Extremely clean location, both bathroom and bedroom. We had everything we needed. Utensils, pots, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator. The host even left us 2 dishwasher tablets. We didn't use them as we ate out more and stayed for only a short time, just 2 nights. I highly recommend it. My family loved it there, they wanted to stay another night. Parking spaces are available on the street near the hotel and they are free.

There's a coffee maker, and we were given 2 coffee capsules, which would have been okay if the host provided 4 capsules for each day, at least one coffee per person per day. 2 nights - 2 coffees. The coffee machines were capsule-based, so I couldn't buy a box of coffee for 2 nights. It's not a big deal, but we arrived on a weekend and struggled to find a place to get coffee. There are 2 supermarkets in the area, but they're closed on weekends. I don't think it would hurt if they provided 4 coffee capsules.

I like the automatic check-in, without contact with people, you just have passwords and you come in. There were towels, tea and coffee, even water in the fridge. The kitchen has everything to cook something minimally and a microwave to heat it up. The TV worked ok. Although it was still quite cold to sit on the terrace, in the morning there is just a wonderful view of the water to drink coffee. The only thing on the last day of departure I wanted to throw out the garbage but there was no sign anywhere where the garbage cans were, it is not self-explanatory, but there was no time to write and ask, so sorry to the cleaning lady, the garbage was left at the entrance. I stayed for 5 nights and it was enough for me. I don't know how it works if you stay longer. If there were disposable slippers, I would have been delighted, it’s just already my whim but as it is, everything is fine)

This whole building was opened just last year and it SHOWS, everything is super clean and feels incredibly well taken care of - I instantly felt at home, connection to public transport is also top notch and you have grocery shops just across the street, will definitely keep this property in mind for future Berlin trips that’s for sure 🙏🏼✨ customer service has been incredible as well - communication super fast and reliable and don’t even get me started on the VIEW!!! 🌊

Those that favor the East part of Berlin will love the location otherwise the apartment might be a bit „far out“ since it’s in Treptow-Köpenick

The beds were comfortable. The staff prepared a bed for a child beforehand what is very attentive attitude to the people who are arriving. There was everything necessary for comfort stay. It was very clean. It was very easy to get into the apartment upon the recommendations/instructions of the host

One of the switches of the electricity was not turned on, so at the starting point, some of the equipment was not working (but an assistant in the apartment helped to sort it out) Very difficult system of air conditioning or the air conditioner was not just working due to some reason (all the switches were turned on) It's a bit noisy from outside if you book an apartment with the street view

The room was a great size, the amenities were nice, and the view of the Spree river was fantastic. I had a great stay for a low cost and there was a very convenient train to the center of Berlin.

The first room I was offered had a blocked drain so I was unable to shower or wash my hands. I was quickly moved to a new room, but I feel this would've been an easy catch if the room was looked over effectively before I checked in.

The property is perfect!! We had a regular room and a bigger room. Both are very beautiful, clean and comfortable. We had a fully equipped kitchen and it is located close to the supermarket so we prepared light meal. The mattress is so comfortable. And great cushions. The check in method is so convenient. You just get the codes and use them. There is plenty of parking across the street. You can easily go from there into berlin or out. The river was right out of our door. We are walking to come back.

The location was perfect for me with supermarkets nearby and a bus stop to get to the railway station also very close.

The code arrangements for access to the apartment were not clear. Initial access was to use an 8 digit code with access thereafter using a 4 digit “comfort” code. This was not made clear on the booking and caused some worry when trying to get in after the first entrance. In addition I noticed that someone had covered the smoke detector with tin foil. I’m assuming a previous occupier but this should have been spotted prior to a new client staying there.

Nice new apartment. Well equipped. Spacious. New nice building. Easy to check in and out. Supermarket near the building. Close to water canal and you can walk and admire the boats and even make a boat tour if you want. Nice greek restaurant close to the building and water. Easy to find parking close to the building without paying.

The kitchen was poor equiped!

Very close to HTW campus (25 minute walk) - quiet area, 2 stores in the near vicinity, easy access from the airport Modern room design with touchscreen control for lights (missed it because we were not familar, but the receptionist explained us in English) Easy-to-access room with secret codes (however we struggled to see the codes on an Android phone and a Windows laptop, but using an iPhone solved the issue; maybe it helped that we typed the reservation number manually on the iPhone, not just use the provided link) Online check-in (make sure to complete it before the mentioned hour, they say you get to do it again but not in our case) A lot of small appliances, from dishwasher to toaster (which we used and appreciated a lot) - espresso machine with 2 cups included for the keen amoung you

No shower cabin or bathtub, just a small space surrounded by glass and walls with tiles below (also small drain) No oven, just microwave

The apartment was very clean and modern, with a stylish and well‑thought‑out design. The bed was soft and comfortable, and it was easy to find parking nearby. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating towards our family, including our baby and pets. They provided a baby cot, and the apartment was arranged so our baby could safely crawl around.
