Quiet, spacious & comfortable apartment for an extended business trip. A large grocery store is right across the street, so I could shop for food to cook in my kitchen. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Really close to Adlershof rail stop for easy access to city centre and airport. Friendly staff and very nice breakfast.

The apartments should have a larger knife for meal preparation. I keep having to purchase one and then leave it at my company's office. Also, bowls of a normal size. The ones supplied are very shallow (they're more like salad bowls). I couldn't make soup or porridge because they wouldn't hold the volume required. I thought about buying some bowls, but since I'd already bought a knife, I thought it was a bit ridiculous. This is why my overall rating is 9 rather than 10.

I stayed in a studio apartment with a kitchenette: the room was clean and reception provided me with a kitchen box including necessary utensils. A big plus is the location: close to the airport. Also, a grocery supermarket is just around the corner...

Better lighting in rooms given the fact most of light bulbs are outdated. Also, as for the rooms/ apartments, it would be helpful is the waste separation bags are provided.

The hotel was big and clean. The room was also big and the toilette was spacious.

Our flight was cancelled and I booked a room for 2 people. We took a taxi to get to the hotel. When we arrived, the reception told us there was no room. After 15min they "found the room" and gave us a room with a tiny bed for 2 people. Probably it was a single room, that we paid for the price of a double room.

On my Daughters behave because it was me that Booked the room for her and her friend. The Room with the kitchen setting was very good, because they wanted to place their food and drinks in the fridge. A plug socket was hanging off the wall. They didn't recieve new towels nor fresh toliet roll the next morning.

1. What was no good, was that the gym has been closed for the past three weeks! You advertise that the gym as a useable facility on your website, but it was closed for weeks, that is not good at all! 2. Breakfast costs a lot for what is provided (17,00 € pro Person per Tag)!! I would suggest more of a varitiy instead of the small basic selection for that price, which is expensive.

Very nice hotel. Clean, with its own gym and people ready to help you with everything. The only thing i can describe as a "little" bad is its location. It is located 30 to 35 minutes away from berlin (but the train station is very close to it)! Overall a great experience!! 😁

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Thermostat in room worked unlike other hotels in the area. Bed was comfortable. Not a far walk from BAM. Good public transportation option nearby along with restaurants and a comprehensive grocery store. The property also offers apartments that I may have chosen, had I known it was through the hotel.

The hotel is unassuming outside,but inside was great. The reception staff were lovely, helpful and professional. My room and shower room were great, big, comfortable. There was a free laundrette in the hotel,which I took advantage of. Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from.

The room was too hot, unfortunately my one hadn't had air-conditioning installed, the others had, but the staff provided me with a fan, which cooled the temperature down a little.

Room size is very good. There was a small kitchenette and a big size bathroom. There was a coffee machine and a fridge. Room was very comfortable. The electrical heater was very useful for drying clothes.

Location is in the C part of the city and amount 40 minutes train ride aday to city Center.

We booked this for 5, so 2 rooms. My husband and boys got the apartment, so 2 rooms and kitchenette- very modern style and my daughter and I took twin beds. It was perfect, clean, good location across from the tram and close to the train, supermarket and shops all beside us.

Good Location just next to the big grocery store, Spacious room, they had a microwave in the room, friendly staff, free parking lot

in the shower room.the sewer was stuck by hair balls so water didn’t flow :(. I just cleaned my self. Except this every thing was clean!
