Second time staying here; still good value and very convenient access to BER.

Currently in a major construction area, surrounded on all sides by open foundations and scaffolds. Construction noise between 7:00 AM and nightfall every day.

What I liked about the hotel was the friendly and accommodating staff, who were always ready to assist. The hotel itself was generally fine and provided a satisfactory experience. Despite being far from the city center, the service inside the hotel helped to balance out the location drawback.

However, there were some challenges during my stay. The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry my baggage upstairs, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the surrounding alley was under construction, making the area noisy and dirty. This, combined with the distance from the city center, negatively impacted my overall experience.

The room was very spacious and had everything one person would need. Wifi worked amazing on multiple devices. The shower was amazing aswell At first I thought being so far out it would be tricky getting to places but it was actually very easy, you have multiple shops right in front of the hotel and a train station, busses and trams. Just make sure you check the times of departures as some only run every 20 mins. The construction work didn't bother me either as wasn't that loud. Overall everything was amazing, will definitely be staying again!

The kitchen is extremely basic. You get a kettle, microwave and a fridge. 3 knives, forks and spoons and that's it. Maybe adding a toaster would be helpful? Also was very hot in the room even with windows open, perhaps a small fan could help? Other than that everything was amazing!

Great location, close public transport, so everything is very easy reachable. Good price, nice room. Good connection with airport and with city centre. Really good place to stay, I will come back to that place.

The only not so nice thing was - that at the moment there is a big construction just so close, that every time going out of the hotel, I was always looking up, not to have something unexpected.. I did not feel safe. But there was no noise at all, the sound insulation system in the rooms was perfect!

Amazing room: comfortable, fully equiped (microwave, small fridge, sink), desktop comfortable for working, very clean, the bed, very comfortable. I arrived late, and tired due to some issues, and the staff was very supportive. The neighbor is under construction, so the area is not "nice" now, but the hotel is perfect for business trips. Close to the airport.

Room 4-13 has the perfect orientation relative to the publick transportation lines. Multycolor trees look into room windows. ReWe and Lidl supermarkts are very near, Grunau S-bahn provides quick transportation into center. The green park and water area is very near. We have been in period without any reconstruction activities near. Hotel has good collection of the maps and Berlin’ advertisement

For a short visit all important was here, Berlin weather could be more attractive.

Checking in and out was very quick and easy, even though I arrived after 10pm and checked out at 6am. Reaching the hotel was also fairly convenient, with two S-Bahn stops within walking distance (although reaching the S9 stop requires walking through a forest-y footpath, maybe not ideal at night, so I recommend S8 instead). The room had a small kitchen which was decently useful for storing a bit of food, making a tea, etc. The bed was small but comfortable, and the bathroom facilities (shower, toilet, sink) are all really good, especially the shower with very good heating and water pressure.

The hotel is in a bit of a weird location, with the two entry points being a footpath that feels like the back entrance, and an unlit parking lot which I guess is the front entrance. The room was a bit too hot, I had to open the windows to cool it down every time I arrived back from outside. Also, the shower lacks a curtain which means water will splash all over the floor of the bathroom. Also, the power sockets are in weird locations, a bit too far from the bed and desk on either side, but it's not the end of the world.

This is a budget hotel but very clean and comfortable, beds good, shower ok but flooded the bathroom when used. There is a lot of building work going on nearby but this didn’t worry us as we were out each day. There are 2 supermarkets next door. Walking distance to the station to get to the centre is berlin

The location is a bit far from center but there is a nearby station (7 minutes walk). Also when we stayed the there were constructions all around. It wasn’t noisy but it was like staying inside construction site

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel City Green. The room (single) was big, comfortable and well equipped. I appreciated the closeness to supermarkets and Grunau station (less than a five minute walk). City center can be reached by S-bahn within 30 minutes. Would come back, when in Berlin!
