The hotel is really close to an S city train line that leads to city center. The room was very clean and the furniture was new or just in a good condition. The shower was hot. The staff is very friendly. Perfect place to stay for a night or two for a reasonable price.

The only downside was that it was cold in the room and no way to warm it up, central heating does not work in May. Under the blanket it was fine though, for this price cannot really complain. :)

I was on a business trip and just went with an affordable option near where I had to be, but this place really surprised me: Good location (5 minutes to tram/train), plenty of shops/restaurants around and within walking distance, nice bistro inside the hotel, rooms were clean and very quiet, great price (literally the cheapest option in this part of Berlin)

Fantastic little spot. Only a short walk from karlshorst S-bahn. Our room came with a balcony which was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The bed was very comfy, great pillows. Shower facilities were excellent as well.

It was neat and very spacious

They was no provision to go into the building with stroller. I had to carry the stroller and my bag and it wasn’t an easy thing to do for a lady. I think they should make space for people coming in with stroller and big luggage

The shower was amazing, the water pressure was great and it could go from a nice cold shower to a steaming hot one by simply turning the handle. The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of extra room should you be taller or bigger than myself. The hotel is in a very good position as it is very close to the public transport which you can use to get all over the city with ease.

Only thing I would have liked was an extra few towels. Me and my friend were out all day every day while we were there and even done a trip out to the lake so having an extra set of towels would have been just a nice quality of life thing

Bed was very comfortable, room was basic but OK. Place down the road next door to the station did a great breakfast.

Unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 4am, which wasn't the hotels fault, but there were no staff on site overnight, so we were reliant on following the crowd as the police and firebrigade did their jobs.

The room is large, tidy, and comfortable. The hotel is also near the city train station and not too far from where I needed to be, so that was an advantage.

Price is too high. I understand that Berlin is pricy at this period, however, this does not justify a five-star hotel price for this hotel.

Very helpful staff, good english. no problem communicating. nice to have a parking spot at the hotel even if it is paid clean rooms

It was a bit cold in the rooms you can hear a lot of trucks passing just under the window and there is an annoying pedestrian crossing with that ticking sound 24/7

The room was clean, the staff was professional and polite, location was not that far away from the city, 4 minutes by walk to the train that runs every 10 minutes, very good value for the money, much better than any of thousends hostels.
