Quiet location within easy walking distance to public transport. Spotlessly clean room with great mattress on the bed and lovely shower. Tasty buffet breakfast that can be eaten either inside or outside on the comfortable terrace. Would certainly recommend paying a little extra, as we did, to get a room with it’s own bathroom 😊

Missed having air conditioning in the room as the nights were very warm during our stay and would have liked a kettle/tea making facility. Only seemed to be one Chanel available on the TV (not that that was an issue for us)

The hotel was exceptionally clean, from the hallways and reception area to the rooms. All the room facilities were excellent and brand new. In addition to these great amenities, the staff were incredibly friendly and kind, both at the reception and in housekeeping.

The only possible drawback might be that the hotel is located approximately 1.5 kilometers from the nearest metro station. However, there is a bus stop conveniently located just 100 meters away. That said, the exceptional services and facilities provided by the hotel make this minor inconvenience easily forgivable.

Room was clean and spacious, close to the nearest u barn and s barn so it made it easier for us to get around Berlin.

We arrived late at night with two kids who were tired. The reception isn’t 24hrs. They did leave us the key card in the lock box and send instructions of how to retrieve the keys. However the door to our room was stiff and we had to call staff to let us is as I was uncertain if I would break the door or if the cards weren’t working. There was no fuss though someone came to help us straight away.

The shared bathrooms were clean, never met anybody else and there would be enough for everyone in the corridor anyways. We had a sink in the room so really you only need the bathroom for the shower and the toilet. We could leave our baggage there for our last day after checking out :)) No clue what everyone else is complaining and giving bad ratings for. You get what you pay for, it obviously isn't the most beautiful hotel room you will enter, but it does the job exceptionally well if you are on a budget.

The TV wasn't netflix capable :/

Very nice accommodation in a quiet area near the metro and train. If you don't want to take the metro or train (about 10 minutes walk), you can use the bus that stops in the next street. There is a grocery store across the street open late.

The accommodation itself was clean, adequate, very quiet at night. The sofa bed in the living room was not very comfortable, but sufficient for the kids. We would have appreciated better kitchen equipment, at least one cutting knife and an extra plate and/or a bowl. A tea towel would also be good.

The hotel is modern, recently renovated. We were located in the hotel part of the building (there is also a hostel wing). Our apartment (two rooms + bathroom/toilet) was big enough for 4 people (two adults and two kids). The hotel staff was very helpful after our arrival. The location is in the walking distance to the U and S-Bahn station and also many stores and restaurants. The bonus is the free parking on the street (with many free spaces - maybe thanks to the school holidays).

Possibility of late check-in. Free parking (not private, so not sure if its always possible to find a space) on the street near the hotel. Clean rooms. Great supper and breakfast. There was an issue with the hot water. It suddenly stopped working in our room. We came to the reception and the staff was quite helpful. They tried to fix the issue, but as ot was late at night they could not get the specialist and I was provided access to another bathroom on our floor.

The hotel is located in a quiet area away from the noise. The rooms are clean and tidy, the furniture is new, and the room and bathroom are spacious. I also liked that check-in and check-out were online, which is better and easier.

The hotel was very quiet and very clean, the bed incredibly comfortable and the staff were very warm and friendly. It's located on a tranquil street in a part of Berlin that feels unaffected by tourism, so there's still a sense of authenticity.

I don't have any complaints, the hotel perfectly met all expectations.

The out of hours check-in went smooth - just had to call the hotel and arrange the details beforehand. The breakfast had a good amount of options for both vegetarians and meat-eaters. There is a Kaufland open until midnight 5 minute walk away from the hotel.

The room felt a bit cramped, although the fact that we had bicycles didn't help.
