I really appreciated that the apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival. The hotel's proximity to the station was excellent, making travel convenient.

There were a couple of aspects that impacted my comfort. The pillows were quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the bedsheet in the master bedroom frequently separated from the mattress, which was disruptive and made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. Addressing these points could significantly improve guest comfort. I encountered an unexpected parking fee discrepancy. While I was informed the weekly rate was €20, I was charged €30 for a three-night stay. Clearer communication regarding parking fees and duration would be beneficial. The air circulation in the room seemed inadequate, as we frequently needed to open windows to air out the space. This suggests the air freshening or ventilation system may not be functioning optimally.

The property was good and as mentioned during booking. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave toaster coffee machine etc. Bath was well equipped with shower gel hot water etc. Beds were comfortable and clean.The access is well secured with access cards. wifi was very reliable and working all the time. There is a Netto like 500 meters from room and there are tram and train station like 1.5km from room. All together I will recommend the room for peoples looking for a good stay with value of money.

We recommend the property provide type of water stopper in bathroom as the water was running into room and making a mess.Also could provide toothpaste.We stayed in the room for 4 days and there was no cleaning done during this 4 days.

The apartment looked like brand new, with high-quality appliances and comfortable beds (blankets made of two layers, so you can remove one if it gets too hot at night). The shower was very comfortable, and the entrance with a card was very convenient. There were service people available in the evenings in case you needed something. The building had good air conditioning. Lidl, Aldi and Netto nearby. Apartment is right between two S-bahn stations - 12 min nice walk. Overall we were very satisfied with the apartment.

Wi-Fi was rather unreliable; on two evenings, it was not working. The microwave, on a couple of occasions, showed a mysterious 'Error.' The fridge was without a freezer, so no ice cream for us. It was very noisy in the mornings, as trucks were coming in as early as 5:30 am. However, you can close the windows tight, and then it's okay. Shovel and doormat would be a welcome addition.

The hotel looks very good and is well maintained (looks like new in fact). While the rooms are small, they are very well furnished and have every accessory you might need. The Wifi is very fast and stable, so if you need to do some remote work you'll be fine. There is a burger restaurant just in front of the hotel and a supermarket just down the street. All things considered you get a lot of value for your money with TRIO Apartment Hotel Berlin.

The location is not the greatest. It is far from the center, which is not a problem because there is a train station nearby. But the street to get to it doesn't have a lot of traffic and is pretty dark at night. So it is better to use a taxi or Uber.

Actually everything was great. Clean and warm, cozy, comfortable beds, places to keep clothes, everything you may need for cooking, even a small dishwasher and cleaning capsules for it. Apartment is not that big but has functional design. Convinient location: s-bahn and bus stop just 5 minutes away, supermarkets, some options for eating-out. Parking available just in front of the building. Very attentive and helpful staff.

The room is small and at the same time is comfortable, clean and has almost all you need, smartly compact. Self-checkin is great.

There is no even small over, you cant cook there. The road from metro to the hotel - with laggage on wheels is not possible to get, either you carry it for 100m, or use taxi...

The location was a perfect place to stay for 8 people. It was easy to get into, checkin and checkout were simple. It was overall very clean, and well fitted: two bathrooms and a small kitchen were also available.

It was a bit far from the city centre, taking a ~15 minute S-bahn trip and an additional 15 minutes of walking. Getting there by car is probably much simpler with many parking spaces available.

Nice room, although compact (bed is part of the couch). Microwave with grill function available for basic cooking/heating. Reasonable cutlery/crockery. Tidy modern bathroom (again compact). Nearby Netto market.

Unlit road between train(s-bahn) station and appartment felt a little unsafe. Almost too small. Some issues with WiFi, but fixed during stay.

Room on the smaller side but it was clean and had all kitchen appliances that you needed. Train and bus station about 1 kilometre walk from hotel. There was a restaurant across from hotel. Grocery shop near train station.

The microwave is out of order. The bench under the window, where the guests from the lower floor were talking and smoking. High audibility (how guests walked on the stairs, doors were closing, etc)
