The hotel is close to underground and train station, we used public transportation, the connections are very good even to the airport. Nearby there are two supermarkets. The breakfast was good, almost the same every day, but there is a big variety, so you can find something "new" at your taste :) There is an open bar (but with conditions) so you can have one drink/day on the house. We had dinner at the restaurant as well, they serve very good Italian food, and nice cocktails.

The furniture in our standard double room was a bit old and there was a smell (probably because of the carpet) - which we tried to neutralize with frequently opening the windows and let fresh air in.

Location is pretty good, close to a grocery store and an underground stop. The rooms are quite spacious.

There is an option for paying for premium Wifi. I think that nowadays there should be proper Wifi everywhere considering the price of the room. The free Wifi was, however, sufficient for everything. There are no power plugs near the bed, but only the other side of the room, but I guess that's pretty difficult to change now. They offer the option of not getting your room cleaned and getting a snack. In principle nice, but also means the free coffee and tea does not get refilled, you can ask the Maid for it and you get it, however.

i had a perfect stay at nh hotel. the location is perfect close to the city center with good access to public transport. there are tram, train and bus stops just a short walk away, which made getting around super easy, whether for sightseeing or concert (close to uber arena). everything felt clean, fresh, and well taken care of. the staff were kind and helpful. i recommend nh hotel. when i will be travelling next time to berlin my choice of hotel is pretty obvious.

I loved everything about this hotel. The proximity to public transit, the grocery store nearby. The reasonable price and quality of the rooms. The location isn't super central which I actually prefer, but it's close to the U5 line so getting anywhere is fast and easy. In fact I will be staying here again the next time I decide to visit. This was my 4th trip to Berlin and I've tried 5 different hotels, and this is my new favorite hotel. I even want my exact same room 617! I really enjoyed having a bathtub. The water was really hot which I love. This will be the only place I stay from now on. I was there for 8 days and all the staff were great. The rooms were functional and warm. The fridge was nice to have. It was quiet on the side street. It wasn't a fancy hotel and the furnishings were not super modern but I prefer this classic hotel feel rather than the cold updated boutique design. I don't want to stay anywhere else in Berlin. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back!

The carpets were a bit stained in my room but I didn't care. The rest of the hotel was super clean and spotless so it didn't matter. I would stay in the same room again because I loved the room but I thought I would mention it anyway.

The location is certainly interesting; it is located in former East Berlin, right next to the former Stasi headquarters, which makes for a very quick trip to that museum. There are at least two very good Italian restaurants within eyeshot of the hotel, with one of these restaurants serving meals for the hotel. The room was well furnished and there was a bath.

The room was noticeably worn and there was some mould in the bathroom. It is also quite hard to get to the western part of the city from this hotel on public transportation.

First time in Berlin and the Property was very clean, staff was friendly and very accommodating. Bed was comfortable, liked the fact refreshment was in the room when I arrived. When I did not want my room cleaned drink was provided for that too as a thank you. Public transport was within a few min to take to the city centre for tourist attraction. Travelled on my own however the hotel staff provided a map and highlighted the stop that I need to get on/off train to see some attractions. Advise on how to get the ticket and validate for my journey.. Very good hotel

The room is not large but for a few days OK, no luxury but outfitted with everything what is in principle necessary; coffee, tea, one flask of water, safe... etc. Bathroom was also OK; I got the kind of room I selected in the pre-check-in, so everythign was in best order. There are a few restauants not too far from the hotel, Italian, Indian etc. and the S-Bahn is also not far away. Price/performance is very good for Berlin.

A small thing but annoying: no power outlet near the bed

Clean and very comfortable rooms. Located close to restaurants, super markets and train connections. Nice staff at the reception. Nearby parks for kids to play.

The showers in the washroom are way too complicated and difficult to understand and regulate hot / cold water. Better to simply.

Staff, bath, cleanliness, location( if you dont have a green sticker on your car to enter low emission zone in berlin), bed and bowls for dog. Even the pet policy says that its nots allowed to leave your pet in the room, upon arrival they informed us that we can leave the dog in the room for 2 hours.

They called us because the dog was barking when people passed the room. Its ok, i understand :) But… why you put all the guests ( also with dogs) in one floor when most of the rooms are empty. But in all cases, the woman was very friendly and not angry :)

The way room is designed is not ideal, there is little passage in between table and bed. It is too little. And also there was just 1 chair available in the room. Ideally it would be 2
