Staying at the hotel was a nice experience. The hotel itself is cozy and has everything one might need for a short stay, it's clean and well-maintained. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived and throughout our stay, the staff continued to impress with their friendliness, discretion and customer-oriented approach. They showed a great sense of humor as well – we jokingly requested some M&M's to be placed on the bed, and they happily obliged, making our day. Additionally, they were very accommodating during check-out, allowing us to leave our car in the parking lot for a few extra hours. Overall, it's is a very friendly hotel with an outstanding team that goes the extra mile to ensure its guests have a pleasant stay.

The H24 Hotel Berlin offers good quality for little money with clean, modern rooms and a nice bathroom. All the more surprising was the positive experience in the evening: the gentleman at the reception on December 6, 2024, was friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the excellent Prosecco – it made it possible to survive one night in failed and dysfunctional Berlin and Germany, a country that clearly does not value quality, with trash-filled streets, crowds of drug addicts, high crime rates, and endless forms. Please avoid Germany and especially Berlin!

The heating didn’t work, presumably due to the German energy crisis. The phone interaction with a female receptionist on December 5, 2024, at 5:41 PM was unpleasant – unfriendly and not customer-oriented, in typical German style: the hotel requires a signature for a legally unacceptable clause in the registration form.

The location of this hotel is great for me and with tram stops almost right outside, everywhere is easy to get to. Having a coffee machine available 24 hours is great. There are lots of restaurants near by (mostly Vietnamese). The rooms are perfect. I must mention Mika on reception, who was very helpful, efficient and friendly.

Nothing really for the price. I only stayed for 1 night this time but remember from before that water is only free on the first night. There is a garage opposite which is open late though. The breakfast is a little on the pricey side for what is on offer but pretty standard for hotel breakfasts.

Clean, comfy beds, big bathroom, nice staff

No fridge and tee&coffee in the room. Tea & coffee was offered for free at the reception, but you were not allowed to bring the cups to the room. Not at all comfy for me.

Room was really nice

Breakfast was very poor for 15 euros per person should be a lot more, there was for some guest bacon, fryed eggs i guess they forget to offer all what they had.The waitress wasn't nice, she run towards me to ask if i pay for breakfast but forget to offer proper breakfast.There should be bacon, fryed eggs, boiled eggs some sausages, but there was nothing for that price!!! Our advice is to make better brakfast for 15eur per person!!! As well workers was fixing something by the guest brakfast time what wasn't really good, i expect peacfull breakfast not next to builders!!!

Friendly staff Lovely modern hotel and room was very clean. Easy access to the center of Berlin with tram stop very close to hotel.

Location outside of hotel not the most pleasant. Also room states it's a double bed but it has two single mattresses.

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. I thoroughly enjoy it.

During check-in, there was an old man at the information point who was extremely slow, causing my check-in process alone to take about 25 minutes. After he gave me the key, I went to my room only to find that the key was deactivated. I then had to return to him to ask for it to be activated. Previously, when I stayed at this hotel, the process was super fast and very professional, especially with the younger staff. This time, however, it was not.

Comfortable beds, close to the center free coffee lol And high speed Internet the staff we're also awesome!

When I entered the room, it was all clean(sort of) there was a a spider on the wall. I come to this hotel often, so these things happens so I will definitely come back again! But there we're litteraly people selling on the streets so called airpods pro.

Quick check in (although an option to do this 100% contactless would be great). Also parking possibilities are great (free at the street). The rooms are nice, comfortable and good equipped. No issues to sleep - soundproof is good. there is a tram stop right outside of the hotel and several korean restaurants within a 200 m radius. Staff super friendly.

Need to travel quite some time to reach city center with public transportation, but it is Berlin!

The hotel is very modern, beautiful and well designed. Perfect beds, silent rooms.

Staff : gave answers in the tone of "How would I know when you can have breakfast? I'm new here!". Breakfast: we paid an extra to have a more luxurious breakfast. But many things were not there for several days and communication about that was a bit silly as their English was very poor. Avoid the expensive breakfast, in fact you get what you need in the base formula.
