Quite a comfortable place to stay for not too long. Plenty of room. The small kitchen has everything you could need. The location is quite relative, but there are public transportation stations nearby (so it is not a problem). A pleasant surprise was the cleaning in the room. Overall a great place!

The shower stall does not have a sufficiently tight door, which can cause water to leak. Not enough supplies for self-cleaning (mop or broom did not hurt if you stay more than a couple of days).

The location is excellent, situated next door to the train station which you could only hear when the window was open which we didn't mind. There's a convenience store nearby, a chemist, and a beauty store too. The room was larger than expected. It comfortably fit two adults and a three year old. We booked this on a good discount rate too so exceptional value for money. The WiFi is extremely good.

There was a bit of dust about and there were a few coffee stains, we didn't bring this to anyone's attention so I can't comment on how friendly customer service is. There's nowhere to store luggage on the last day but they do offer a discount with nearby places who do it at a fee. There is nowhere to store the washing up once washed and it needs to be dried immediately and no counterspace to cook on.

I loved this studio apartment. This is the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen for a short-term rental and the cleaning closet on each is a great idea. The view isn't the best (train tracks and muddy parking lot), but we saw some really amazing sunsets from the window.

I guess it is a little far from touristy things, but you are right by the train and can be anywhere in the city within 30 minutes. Can be a little noisy at night if you leave the windows wide open like we did.

Great stay — we’ll definitely come back! Although the apartment was quite small, overall we really liked it. On the ground floor near the reception there’s a very convenient area with a coffee machine (1€ per cup), free still and sparkling water, and a vending machine with snacks, sweets, and drinks. There’s also a laundry room on the same floor where you can do your laundry, which was very useful. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful — a big thank you to them! The location is great: close to the metro, a grocery store, and a 24/7 restaurant nearby (the food is average, but it’s perfect for a quick bite). We’ll definitely come back!

Great rooms, easy self-check in. Great locations, there was not too much around but there was a DM and Rewe (grocery store) and a pharmacy around the corner. For transportation, tram stop a block away and a subway station crossing from the apartment. Kitchen had all the basics. Few restaurants walking distance (avoid the Italian restaurant on the corner after the park (the park is actually the roof of a huge sports center). Area had lots of traffic and there is a pizza/doner place just next to the building that is busy pretty much 24/7.

The only issue I can think of that visitors may want to know, the 100 mts you need to walk to get to the tram station is an area where groups of people like to hang around and drink. Seemed a bit shady but is actually safe and nothing happen (it just really stinks of pee).

Easy access to the train station, nearby cafe or restaurant and grocery stores. Ability to cook with dishwasher, fridge, espresso, bread toaster, microwave, kettle, cookware, plates and cutlery were provided. The room was clean, provided clean towels, easy check-in and check-out.

The bed mattress was uncomfortable; it felt like sleeping on an airbed and the pillows were loosely filled with cushion or not fluffy, almost flat. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, the shower temperature kept fluctuating between very hot and cold. Sometimes hearing noises outside in the early morning or late night.

Location was great, big supermarkets nearby, tram and metro stations also very close. Apartment had everything we needed to cook, it was clean and well furnished. WiFi connection was good.

Pillows were very thin. We used laundry room and it took some time to understand the system. Detergent tablets from the machine weren’t great, with recommended 45 minutes cycle clothes were itchy after we washed them, so I would recommend using your own detergent if you have sensitive skin.

Roomy apartment equipped with everything that you need. S bahn station is literally at the front door, tram station is only a couple hundred meters apart and parking garage beside hotel is available with affordable price. A small rewe and a pharmacy are also reachable within 5 minutes walk.

You can hear literally anything from the S-Bahn Station including the beeping sound when the door is opening or closing, which is annoying. Not sure what the neighboring hotel building is utilized for, but sometimes you can see, hear and smell some people from there doing "interesting" stuff. I would recommend requesting a room NOT facing the S-bahn station to avoid these issues.

Location is perfect. Self check-in & check-out makes it very comfortable.

There were some earwig in our room, it could be cleaner, bed sheets were pretty old without good quality. They could clean the room more often.

Really happy with our stay. Location next to S Bahn which gets you eveeywhere quickly. Good size room. Plenty of storage. Access to supplies room to stock up on loo roll, bin bags etc. Onsite laundry room. Clean and bright room and reception. Don't be put off by Diner opposire, as perfect for morning coffee, and pizza delicious. Reception only covered for specific times, but incredibly helpful.

Would like to know in advance the days the room would be cleaned, for planning.
