The welcome was very warm and attentive, thanks especially to Santos, who was at the reception when we arrived. He helped us with everything, showing great availability, especially after the property had not clearly communicated some issues with services that weren’t working. His professionalism truly made the difference, and our stay was excellent despite the initial inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we can't say the same about Santos' colleague,who was quite inattentive and not at all courteous. She was actually the one who caused the inconvenience we experienced on the second day of our stay.

This stay was one of the most pleasant places me and my son have stayed at in a long time. We couldn’t believe the high standards for such value price! Receptionist was so friendly right from the moment we walked through the door he gave us good vibes straight away, every member off staff were so polite, welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help when asking questions.. The sauna/rooftop was lovely too we checked out before it was turned on (starts at 2pm) and the lady went up and put it on for us to relax before we headed off to other markets. The room was immaculate, nice shaggy thick carpet throughout, heated floor in the bathroom and also the mini bar had everything you could want for a late night check in to chill in the room. We will definitely be back it was in the heart of all locations for Christmas markets using the M6 tram which is a 3 minute walk from the hotel with a stunning a la carte restaurant next to the hotel! We chose to skip breakfast due to my son having selective tastebuds but this place definitely has a 10/10 from me and my 11yr old 🥰

Only thing I didn’t like was how warm the room was I didn’t know how to turn off the heated floor in bathroom. This is only personal preference though with me liking a cold room to sleep at night and I could have easily had it resolved by calling down to reception to turn it off (I didn’t want to make a fuss at 2/3am) but if you like a cold room I’d ask about working the thermostat :)

Great location in case you want to hang out mostly in the east side of Berlin. Very clean room, cleaning service was offered everyday during our 6 days stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful, we had an issue with our room's AC when we first checked in and then we were moved to a better one the day after. Great value for money!

No kettle/boiler or coffee machine in the room. Shower could be better, drainer doesnt work perfectly.

The beds here are doing some magic…It was incredible comfortable to sleep in the room, since every parameter was just perfect: the comfy bed, temperature in the room, soundproof environment, cozy carpet, very beautiful view… The size of our room was enough for 2 people, the bathroom was stylish and had everything necessary and even more. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, also very close to the tram station. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would come back to this hotel at least to have a perfect sleep in this bed again…Strongly recommend!

The room was very nice and clean. There was a mini fridge with some free drinks. And the staff were very chill!

There were 2 single beds pushed against eachother instead of one big bed, even though we were messaged that our request was accepted.

Pretty good location and value for money. Stuff was mostly friendly and eager to help. Next door hotel facilities were allowed to use.

Room was really cold and we just couldn't manage to heat it up. Windows are not well insulated. No robe has been provided for sauna, and once asked, they told us that there is no clean ones available.

It is a quite small hotel, but the rooms are fine. Bed comfortable and good for resting. The windows have large curtains which you should remember to unfold unless you want an early wake up call at 5 in your holidays. The bathroom has all necessary ammenities included. The hotel is located near two tram stops, so it is fairly easy to get to all desire destinations in quite a short time. Also, there is a Rewe supermarket at hand, an Amt machine...

The breakfast is home-made, not buffet style with pre-arranged dishes in a menu of 10 and you have to choose one. So, no variety as you cant combine different dishes. The light in the bathroom was very poor at least in my room, couldnt see much even in daylight. The cleaning staff was already knocking at my door at 9:30 on the day I was leaving though didnt complain when I said I was not ready yet. It is quite a residential area so expect mainly locals around and quite solitary at night.

Hotel was very clean, at a very convenient location with public transport all around. Staff is friendly, accomodating and and unobtrusive. The room was comfortable and well arranged, matresses were just right as hardness. Well stocked minibar and 24/7 open bar. Breakfast is tasty and freshly made to order. I particularly liked the filter coffee - If you use a classic moka pot at home - that is your best option there.

My stay was quite good, there was only one dowside - we chose this hotel, because on the pictures the king beds looked regular big one matress, not two separate (the blankets also). Unfortunately, they were two separate, which was a bit uncomfortable and my book and phone kept falling inbetween the beds. Otherwise comfy.

Very clean, comfortable, well maintained room. Quite spacious. Great to be able to open the windows for fresh air. Location in east Berlin was a 15min walk or short tram ride from an area of many bars and restaurants. Also 15min walk to hop on/hop off bus stop. Staff were lovely.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast just ok for the price - far better available at local cafes.

We ordered 2 x robes to our room on arrival, these came immediately, however ordered 1 x robe and hot water bottle twice the next day and both times nothing arrived
