The hotel was truly very nice, clean, and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was absolutely excellent and delicious. In terms of aesthetics and upkeep, everything was impeccable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming.

The only drawback I would mention about the hotel is the absence of air conditioning. Many guests complained at the reception about the excessive heat and stuffiness, and even the hotel staff acknowledged the issue. Fortunately, we were among the few who were provided with a fan. Our room overlooked the park, where a restaurant was located, and the noise continued until late in the evening. In addition, the sofa bed in the adjoining room was rather uncomfortable and creaked.

We had a terrific stay, the hotel is lovely, the staff are warm and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the beds very comfortable. The hotel is also just 2 mins walk away from a bus route which takes you directly into the centre of Berlin, We also discovered within 5 minutes walk a lovely neighbourhood with delightful restaurants and cafes, overall we were very pleased with our choice of hotel.

There was no aircon in the room, it's July and very warm so we had the window open, however the front of the hotel is on a noisy road and our room was directly above the service entrance so we were woken several times on two nights by deliveries taking place. This wouldn't put me off staying at the hotel again as everything else was lovely, but if you are used to, or specifically want, aircon then it's a problem, and if noise is a problem then decline rooms 1 - 7 on all floors.

The location was lovely, and the hotel was very comfortable. The shower was very good. The art was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. The price was perfect, and very fair.

The door to our room struggled to open, and needed some force and dexterity. There was no complementary kettle and coffee saches in the room, that ive grown to expect, but that might just be a British thing. I suspect coffee was available at the breakfast, but we did not book it, so that's my fault really.

Good location with a bus stop almost outside. Quiet at night and opposite a park so nice views. Comfy bed and really powerful shower. Very clean. Very helpful staff especially the man who worked the night shift.

A kettle and tea/coffee station would be appreciated. I know that the more expensive rooms here have this, but I feel this is usually standard in all hotel rooms nowadays. The pillows were huge! I ended up going without as I couldn't get comfy with the size of them.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean, neat and tidy, while beds were very comfortable and best of all was it was quiet and peaceful. We had a fantastic stay and most attractions were just a brisk walk away. Staff were great too

No kettle and coffee / tea in bedrooms only the upgraded rooms of which my daughter received one and the only difference was the kettle and coffee / tea - a bit strange

Was shocked by the highly entitled American tourists in front of me at checkin who were of the “if I can make the person serving me wrong I will get more” mindset. They had booked 6 months ago but payment did not go through for lack of funds - they turned up 6 months later in the middle of the euro football championships expecting the same room rate as months ago despite not having paid for it… 😂. Receptionist was very gracious in the face of their irrational negotiating skills/threats.

Good sized comfortable room on the back side of the property so quiet. It is on a bus line so convenient to get to other parts of the city. We returned a rental car the morning after our arrival and traveled by transit for the rest of our stay until taking a taxi to the airport. Very good breakfast but a little on the pricey side compared to other places we stayed. There are several restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel.

The garage was full when we arrived so we had to scramble some to find parking for our first night there.

The neighborhood is very nice and fancy, although is not exactly mitte it is very close and the neighborhood has charm by itself. The hotel facilities (entrance, elevator, launge, patio, etc) were very nice but rooms are quite outdated and os not a 4 star hotel for sure. Great staff!!! I forgot something and they got it for me.

The rooms didnt have iron, water heater, basic stuff for rooms nowadays. A 4 star hotel but had an all in one shampoo/conditioner/body soup…

Super clean and large room. Good bed, a beautiful view. Noise-proof windows so one could really enjoy being on the park boulevard side. Very good connections with bus no. 200, as well as the tram and bus to the Ostbahnhof. A lovely property altogether with a welcoming staff.

The room could have a coffee/tea making facility and body lotion, but I appreciated the complimentary water.

the location is nice near alexander Platz by bus and tram. I like the park beside the hotel . The furniture is clean but old style. the hotel still have regular key for the room not a card. it was a strange experience but a nice one

I was surprised that they didn t have a little fridge in the room for a 4 stars hotel. honestly I din t check this before reservation but I supposed they must have one as 4 stars hotel
