Location is wonderful- we loved that part of the city: it’s green, quiet and residential, but lots of fantastic restaurants and coffee shops and nice architecture. You can walk to Mitte - it’s 20-30 minutes walk. The property is very stylish and comfortable. We loved the balcony. Bed is comfortable. Nice living room with a couch.

We would have appreciated if a slightly earlier check in was possible. And if there was an option of human interaction, besides the WhatsApp chatbot.

This a fantastic place to stay in Berlin. It is located in a relatively quiet quarter of Prenzlauer Berg. There are several local possibilities to enjoy good food and some drinks. But, mainly, it is within walking distance to many exciting places in Berlin, short walk from underground to reach every little corner of this fabulous city.

This place deserves maximal marks. However, the robot administering the property is spamming the email and Booking app. I’ve received over 15 messages before my stay. This is 13 more than accepted number.

The Numa Belforter was in such a great location. We were easily able to get on a tram, train or bus and go wherever we wanted! The apartment was beautiful and spacious for two people and had everything we needed. Delicious food, cafes, bars, parks and more we're all within walking distance as well

My one small piece of feedback would be to put an iron and ironing board in each room, or do some sort of reservation/check out process for the iron. There's was supposed to be one available to share in the essentials closet on the main floor but I checked everyday and it wasn't there. A guest must have kept it in their room during our entire stay.

Very nice and cozy apartment in the very centre of Prenzlauer Berg. Our apartment had a comfy bedroom, a huge bathroom, a kitchen/dining room perfectly sized for 2 people. Plus a small terrace, not particularly useful in January, but..

Nothing really. As an Italian, I am always baffled by the absence of a bidet, despite the large bathroom. But this is a universal issue, and only applicable to Italians. One additional point, the kitchen is adeguate for cooking simple meals, I would not plan to prepare anything too complicated.

Really liked the check in being remote it saved waiting at a hotel desk and was super efficient as was contacting staff via WhatsApp messenger. The apartment is very spacious for 3 (2 adults and 1 child) . The room is very well presented with a mix of vintage and modern decor, with 1 bath/shower and 1 shower room, kitchenette (hob, sink, fridge and tea and coffee facilities) and a small balcony overlooking the garden below. The garden and conservatory also added to the quirky feel of the aparments making a lovely place to rest after an eventful day in the city, a perfect spot to wind down and take in a glass of wine or cup coffee. What was also very noteable was how peaceful it was at Numa, the neighbourhood was very quiet and offered plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets close by. The property is located very close to the M2 tramline from/to Alexanderplatz which made getting to the property from the airport very easy. There are also plenty of underground stations in close vacinity which made transport further afield very simple, with regular trams and trains transport was never an issue. It is also conveniently located for walks around the city with the museum quarter only being a 25/30 minute stroll away from Numa (with the Brandenburger Tor being only 45 minute walk away) where other notetable historical spots and exciting areas are never far away. The breakfast included from the Muckle Cafe was exceptional and service was excellent. I would definitley stay here again!

The only things I didn't like was the fact that the room turn down service was at an extra cost, I would have expected at least one turn down service included considering we were staying at the property for 4 nights. The 4 poster bed had a makeshift matress with bits of green foam sticking out which would move around at night and have to be put back in place, I assume that these were here to fill the gaps between the real matress and the bed frame. The bed pilllows were a little too soft for us, although I am sure if we had relayed the info about the pillows (via the whatsapp messaging service) this would have been rectified fairly quickly, but didn't really have the time or see the point in complaining about the pillows when everything else was pretty near perfect!

Perfect location for us. Very convenient. Enough space to accommodate a family with 3 adults and a couple of teenagers. There is also a kitchenette which is good enough for light meals however there is no oven or microwave

We stayed as a family, but if privacy is of matter, there are virtually no inside doors, even the bathroom doors are partly transparent and no noise insulation.

Quiet residential area with a diversity of bars and restaurants. Comfortable beds and the best toiletries ever in a hotel/airbnb setting (even better than Marriott) natural based with no chemicals and very effective. Kitchen area was perfect with the essential nespresso machine and coffee pods even. Quality selection of teas. Fridge was a bonus! TVs worked and there were plenty of channels to choose from even some in English.

All round great apartment and location for it's value

I don't mind that everything's automated. It's helpful for the most part, but that even contacting the agency is via a chatbot, that didn't really understand my question, made it very impersonal

This place is sooooo beautiful, luxurious, artistic and comfortable. I had a hot bath which was so needed and the room was so spacious and incredible value for money.

Unfortunately the radio and speakers didn't work and when asking for support I didn't get any... unfortunate as other than that this was one of my favorite stays ever.

The location is unbeatable: the M2 train means that bAlexanderplatz is just a few minutes away, while the hotel's location on Belforterstraße is perfect for exploring Prenzlauer Berg. There are many nearny grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, and parks with children's playgrounds. Also, the Numa staff were very quick to respond to WhatsApp messages.

The check-in was slightly complicated. You have to do it online and upload photographs of your passport.
