A spacious, relatively clean and very comfortable apartment within walking distance of Alexanderplatz, close to trams and UBahn. There is no reception on site, so access is by keypad codes provided after online check-in ... do this well in-advance of arrival. The access codes worked fine for us. The apartment is located in an attractive side-street off Shönhauser Allee, so it's both central and reasonably quiet. It's served by a variety of cafes, restaurants and food stores (bio- and supermarket) nearby. The areas of Kollwitzkiez and Winsviertel have a wide variety of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, and are well worth exploring by foot. Also nearby is Rosa-Luxemburg Platz (UBahn) with the Volksbühne theatre and (beyond) the central shopping-recreational area of Alexanderplatz and the Fernsehturm etc.

Some maintenance please: replace the toilet seat (stained and worn) and the shower head + holder. Also clear cobwebs and dust from roof trusses over bed.

Large studio with excellently equipped kitchen and balcony with table overlooking internal courtyard. Nice bathroom, tv with Netflix. Location near Metro station and walkable to restaurants and tourist attractions.

Tragically, this brilliant apartment is completely spoiled by groups of young men staying here and shouting and banging doors at all hours of the night. So impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Hotel is unmanned, so although stag parties theoretically banned, there is no supervision or enforcement. Shame.

Good location. Also, the other guests and residents of the courtyard were not noisy. Actually we liked being on the top floor. We liked having a balcony. Good wi-fi. Good and unsqualid bathroom.

The kitchen had no oven. The hob was difficult to switch on - it had a lock function - and difficult to keep on - it would switch off sometimes when it got too hot when both hot points were in use. Very frustrating! The kitchen table was designer attractive but dysfunctional - it was a rough piece of wood, which couldn't be cleaned properly. We asked another guest as we passed the laundry room on our penultimate day how they'd found the entry code for that room and they said they'd rung in. OK, that hadn't occurred to us. But I don't see why the laundry code wasn't simply provided with the wi-fi password.

Great location - easy access from the S9 (Rosa-Luxembourg station). Supermarket (Rewe) very nearby, and many places to dine out. Only 20 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz. Great studio apartment - lovely spacious room, with large bed, dining table and chairs, kitchenette, work desk/dressing table and bathroom with shower. Nice to have a kitchenette with most cooking utensils including a toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. I have to admit that we only ate breakfast in the room - I don't think we're alone as some of the pans had never been used. The room had a small balcony with table and chairs which looked onto an inner courtyard. The only noises really were birds, and a very occasional rumble of a trolley case or cleaning trolley being pulled across the cobbles. Access to the building and the room was easy using PIN codes - Limehouse sent clear instructions and directions which were easy to follow. We would not hesitate to return.

The appartment was located not far from Alexanderplatz and the street was very calm. I liked the facilities in the kitchen (only oven was missing), balcony, TV and overall privacy. The appartmant was clean and equiped.

The only thing was that we were staying for couple of days and had no cleaning services during our stay. (no new towels, bed sheets, no vacuum etc). The shower had some shortages, it was difficult to find the perfect temperature.

Very central location, handy to everything, nice apartment. Good coffee shop just downstairs. Comfortable and quite spacious.

We couldn't figure out where to put our waste, or how to access housekeeping during our five-day stay. We tried to get extra towels using our room code in the towel dispensary downstairs, but that didn't work. The wifi wasn't great.

Location was really suitable for us. Access all easy. Facilities and WiFi in flat good - but a couple of things we would have liked to be added - see below. Good general shopping and eateries close by.

Would have liked to have a sofa or two comfortable seats. It was very warm when we were there so needed to leave windows open with resulting noise due to the Eur 24 football ongoing! Air con would have been really appreciated.

Compact and stylish apartment set in a courtyard in this fabulous city. Very quiet central location on a pretty street, but close to trams, U-Bahn station, shops and restaurants. Very comfortable bed.

Despite the good accommodation, there were a number of issues: the safe was out of order, the cold tap in the bathroom was barely functional, and 2 out of the 3 washing machines were not working. When I raised these complaints with the property I was given a paltry refund (less than 10% of the total charges) and a generic brushoff message. Very disappointing! Also, the kitchenette needs a microwave, and of most concern, the outside fire escape was partially obstructed by vines.

Accommodation was easy to access. Location to the city centre was very convenient with the best places to eat in walking distance and public transport. Room was nice and cosy with clean towels and toiletries provided. Elevator was a big help but can only fit one large luggage and one person at a time.

The noise of the neighbouring couple engaging in nocturnal activities was audible. The noise from the street was not the problem, but the noise from the upstairs room and constant footsteps were disturbing. You could hear luggage being rolled around early in the morning.

The apartment was very spacious and we had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The code system for the building and room was easy to use and made checking in and out super easy. There was even a jug of water in the fridge so we always had cold water.

The floor felt a little unclean/sticky in places.
