Cleanness

The Location was great -10 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz and there were a lot of places to eat around. The appartment was cozy, it was a flat in 5 floor building, we lived on the 3rd floor. All the amenities was in the appartment and we had a nice little gift "Travel kit" and gummy bears, which was lovely.

The only issue was a water pressure in the bathroom tap (shower head)- there were almost no pressure at all (even on maximum) and it was complicated to wash. They should change it. Also in all the taps first a cold water was and it was necessary to wait for the hot water.

Location is very good, close to two two U station. Size and layout of the apartment is good, the main bed is comfortable.

Dishwasher tablet is not supplied. Some of the plates and mugs were not clear when we arrive. Lipstick mark is clearly there. The sofa bed is too soft. One of the window next to the dinning table can only be opened one way.

Clean great location

Rigid check in time. We had to wait More than  4 hours to get in and no place to leave luggage so we were just stuck. The other thing that was difficult was getting the code to check in. I tried many times, but could not get the code. I finally called the company and apparently my selfie photo couldn’t be matched up with the photo on my Passport. My hair is a little shorter than it is on the passport photo so it wouldn’t confirm me. But it took a long time and delayed our check-in. We were really tired from our long overseas journey and had already had to wait more than four hours to even get the code so the delay in getting it was a real issue.

- Very good location, 15min walk to Alexander platz, 5min walk to nearest U-bahn station. Nearby variety of small coffe shops and restaurants. We were on the 4th floor and could see TV tower from Alexander's platz. There's also close Q-Park(15min walk), which you can book in advance to arrange underground car park for longer stay. - Super clean apartment (our was 2 bedroom, #405), spotless, with everything one may need like kettle, toaster, microweave, dishwasher, coffe machine for nespresso capsules, iron & ironing board, plenty of towels. Living room bed was already made for us so we did not have to figure out how to open the sofa for sleeping. The other bedroom much smaller of course, but also nice with decent size comfy bed. In the main corridor quite big closet to hang coats. Overall good amount of space.

Great location! Minutes walk to Museums, Alexanderplatz. Very walkable area, close to trams, U-bahn stations. Nice sized apartment with comfortable bed and a sofa bed. Kitchenette has modern appliance like dishwasher. The view from the main bedroom is amazing- you can see the time of the cathedral and the TV tower right from your bed! Check in process is very smooth, instructions are sent well in advance through the guest portal. Highly appreciate that. Would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Berlin and wants to be close to the museums.

The bathroom could use a little renovation. It’s functional and clean, but quite dated.

Nice decoration apartment in good surroundings. We feel very safety walking around thru day- and night time. You can find lots of restaurants (especially asian one) just a minute walk from the apartment, also a lot of shops within neighbor area only 3-7 minutes away. The apartment is not far from the sightseeing spots. They got new furnitures with well-equipped kitchen tools. The toilet was clean, soap and dryer were right there. The bed and sofa bed were comfy and clean. The lift was larger than another apartment. The self check-in instruction was quite clear for one who had come to this place for the first time. We would stay here again if we comeback to Berlin🥰

The area, the size of the place, the view, the comfort. A lady came to clean in the middle of the stay which is appreciable.

The message with the door codes was sent on the same day I travelled, only by chance i could check my emails in the train which I usually never do, otherwise I could not have known the codes. They must be sent one day earlier and with sms notification. I am not glued to my emails. :( The TV channels went on an off randomly. It's not important per se but with a kid it can come in handy to have a functioning tv :) It would be nice to have a leaftlet with practical information on the area and city :)

I'm not a world traveler, but I travel a lot. I'm pretty close to saying that this is the best organized accommodation I've been in in my 62 years. Space The apartment is spacious (almost 40 m2), and four people have no problem staying here for a long time. We were there for 12 days and we had no problem in functioning. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is spacious. You have everything in the immediate vicinity: shops, bakeries, restaurants, metro. Cleanliness at an enviable level. Great communication software! The recommendation with the highest rating.

The pillows are so soft that they almost lose their role. You are in the city center so expect more dust and noise than in the suburbs.
