The room itself is very spacious with a good kitchen. No microwave, but a stove and plenty of dishes. We had two rooms. The room on the 4th floor was great, but the room on the 3rd floor smelled like stale cigarette smoke. It was a nice location.

Somehow I thought it was a one bedroom, with breakfast. It was a studio without breakfast, so I misunderstood. The check-in was at the bar next door. My real concern is that someone opened the door twice to the apartment on the third floor at 7:30am. They had a master key, so assuming it was the cleaning people. My adult daughter was very freaked out by that.

Good location and very nice bar which actually owns these apartments. Note that you have to go up the bar to get keys - that was really not straightforward and I spent some time figuring out. Just some 15-20 min walk from Alexandeplatz and Museum island.

I was renting apartment for 1 person and they prepared a 2-person bed only in half, i.e. one pillow and one small blanket. That was strange and not very comfortable. Bathroom looks a bit old, but I’m essence all functionality is available.

great location, clean apartments, friendly staff. There is a bar on the ground floor, music plays on the weekends, but by midnight everything stops. Cleaning is not like in the hotel, but it does not interfere. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Staying with 2 small children was also comfortable.

there is no street sign and signage. Keys and payment must be made at the bar on the ground floor. This was not in the description of the apartments, not entirely clear.

Clean apartment, bright and central location in the city, easy to get to 2 different underground stations.

The bars and clubs in the street. As the temperature was warm, we had to keep the windows open, no AC, but the noise from the bar on the ground floor and the club opposite, made it extremely difficult to sleep during the weekend, not really a problem on Sunday or Monday night.

The location was great, close to the the tram, and above a cafe, great for a coffee in the morning or a beer in the afternoon. The door and other windows could be fully opened to allow airflow as there was no air conditioning.

The bed was not set up for two, although this was quickly resolved. There was no dishwasher so handwashing of dishes was required however the plug for the sink was missing.

Perfect size for a family with grown up kids. Perfect location for those who love walking but also easy to take a train. Very fresh and clean room. We can recommend it to both families and groups of friends!

The Street Party on Saturday was a bit too noisy, we were glad we had noticed a poster about it so we were prepared! The refridgerator was a bit too warm, we think that the door didn't close tightly, and we forgot to mention that to the staff. Some pictures on the walls would lift the place even more and make it more homely!

Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Didn’t cook, but definitely could have if we wanted to. Location was great and easy walk to the city with plenty of cool bars and shops close by. Being from Australia, there were a couple of cafes and breakfast places really nearby which was a nice touch and a good change from bread and croissants daily Bar downstairs was nice and popular so good to end the day at for a drink

Beds were comfy but not a queen rather they were two singles pushed together with wooden slats separating them making it a touch uncomfortable for a couple

The apartment is located in the center of Mitte, close to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops, and other stores, and public transportations. Although I anticipated the size of the apartment, I was still pleasantly surprised how spacious the apartment is! The heating in the apartment is awesome, especially in late November when Berlin tends to be rainy and cold. The bed is very comfortable and I did enjoy the balcony where I could observe local Berlin people go to work/school in the morning:) I traveled solo, and I can confirm this apartment can fit a couple or even a family of three comfortably.

None. I was really happy with my stay. The only regret I had was I should have stayed two or three days more in Berlin!

Practical location. The room and also toilet were very spacious for three of us. Nice kitchen area with plates, glasses, pots and a proper sized freezer, water kettle, coffee maker and cooking facilities - and also a dinner table for four persons. Clean. Polite staff. Might stay again,

Second floor was a bit noisy, because there are bars close by. And also hot in July as there is no airconditioning. Not the most stylish, but practical.

The location is great, super close to alexander platz and the berliner dom, museums island etc. the check in and check out was kinda flexible, we arrive quite late and they waited for us and we left also later than it said and they didn’t check. It was ok equipped.

The facilities are a bit old and some things not in the best shape. I think it looks overall nicer in the pictures. The lighting was not so nice. From the pictures it looked like it had a bedroom when it didn’t and was a single room apartment. The heating was not fully working, we complained but they took long to answer, they offered a solution when we were gone already.
