It's a very pretty hotel - both common areas and rooms are decorated truly nicely. It's all clean and fresh and convenient, and plenty of space too. They have breakfast available (even though it wasn't on Booking), but we've decided to forego it - there's a lot of great cafes in close proximity, as well as restaurants, bars, public transport stops and so on. Fast check-in, also possible online in after-hours.

Room facilities lack privacy - I like to be alone in the shower and washing room, but that wasn't an option: it's all in the room, except for the toilet. It's fairly noisy outside from cars, but with windows closed it's not too bad. Wifi was surprisingly slow and unreliable. Room wasn't entirely spotless: coffee machine had an old capsule stuck in it, coffee corner was somewhat dusty; some dust here and there - nothing major, just seemed not cleaned too often.

Huge TV but difficult to watch it comfortably. Impossible to open the only window more than 2 cm (probably because of suicide prevention, but ventilation is marvelous) The grate in front of the window...whyyyyy? The reception desk. When you arrive, it's really not clear where the receiption is (no one was there when I arrived).

While there is temporary construction going on outside the building which made finding the entry door a bit of a challenge, this hotel had an ideal location. Restaurants, grocery stores, all sorts of shopping are immediately accessible and it is a very quick walk to Alexanderplatz. There are several transportation stops nearby for quick access anywhere in the city but the street itself is fairly quiet. I was initially hesitant about an all digital service experience. Everything from checking in to accessing the laundry facilities is done via app and I was delighted byt how user friendly and easy it went. I had a medium sized room and it was both spacious and comfortable. I would gladly stray at this or another Numa hotel in the future.

The folks working on construction in front of the building kept moving and rearranging the sidewalk barriers so getting into the facility took some planning. This issue should be resolved by end of summer 2025.

Checking in and out was so smooth. When I had any issues their Whatsapp line really helped. They also allow you to leave your bags on the property before check in from 9am if you arrive early and till 20:00 if you leave late. I asked about the possibility of an early check in as I arrived super early and they agreed as my room was free before I came. The facilities are great, my room was big and very nice, with a great view of the city. The shower was so fancy that it took some fiddling to get it going but it was great. I also liked that there is ample shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, handwash and hand lotion. The hotel is also in a really nice area that is walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops.

The breakfast was not worth 10 euros. It was a badly done sandwich that looked nothing like the picture and a small orange juice.

Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. This hotel exceeded any and all expectations and made our first time in Berlin even more perfect. Everything from start to finish, including the entire booking and communication process was 15/10. I was slightly concerned at first when I found out it's an 'unmanned' hotel, as I'd never stayed anywhere like this before and didn't know what to expect. However, communication was better here than with any front desk we've had before! Room was spectacular for the price, the place was absolutely spotless top to bottom, the bed was super comfortable with two plushy pillows, and the breakfast box was such a cute additional touch (we had breakfast in bed one morning and on the terrace for our last day!). The location, the terrace, the supplies top-ups, the free lockers... I've never been to a Numa before but will certainly be looking for them again!

Excellent experience! Good position few minutes away from Alexanderplatz, practical lockers in shared space, useful in pre check in or post check out. Very large room, having everything needed for a confortable stay. We were very pleased of the modern furniture , large and confortable bed and the spatious and modern shower, and of course the 75 inches samsung tv present in the room. We also booked the breakfast and in the morning it is delivered just outside our room, simply awesome!

Maybe in the future i would like to have more breakfast variety, but that's it! No other suggestions :)

The room was tidy and very clean. Communication with the property through Whatsapp was seamless, and they were there to clarify any doubts. The PIN code idea to enter the property was easy and intuitive, it works! My location at Numa Berlin Weinmeister was quiet since my room faced the inner courtyard. Finally, in the room, there was water, tea, some snacks, and a small refrigerator at our disposal.

Nothing bad to say. However, not seeing a person behind a counter to welcome you is still something that I need to get used to. Not a bad thing, this is part of the Numa Hotel Concept idea; arrive -> go straight to your room, and avoid all the clutter in between.

Improvements: To have a water boiler in the room for tea/coffee. A sinlge occupancy rate could be offered Staff should at least speak sufficient German to understand a guest's needs. Some cleaning staff do not speak neither German or English sufficiently.

The location is great; easy to get to on public transportation, even from the airport. Our room was spacious and facing the interior courtyard was a bonus... super quiet. And the bed.... was so comfortable my wife actually wants to buy one for our home. Staff was extremely helpful, even late night. Looking forward to our next stay.

No reflection on the hotel but just some personal preferences: 1) I wish the windows opened, but I understand the safety hazard. 2) Our room was not serviced during our stay. Maybe we missed a sign to request services, so it could have been totally our fault. And really, I just wanted the trash removed daily.

Such a lovely, modern hotel. Very clean and the location was perfect. The staff are great and very approachable as well. Highly recommend staying here if you're going to Berlin!
