The room and hotel were both clean, and decorated to a high standard. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They provided a high class service for my wife's 40th birthday, and even went out and got surprise flowers (which were unbelievable quality roses), chocolates and fizz. The dining experiences were very good. Breakfasts were included (as we booked this option) and had a wide variety of foods. The domestic staff would clean your room daily if required, although there are options for a Green option (which we often used) to use limited services for changing towels/bedding if not required. The hotel was in a great location, with bars, restaurants and shops near by. Most of the top attractions and all of the museums, and other exciting activities are all close by and with less than 15 mins walks to most. The subway isn't far, and as long as you have the "Berlin Welcome Card" all museums and transport are free. Other than the few small things we listed in the things we didn't like, this hotel was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay :0)

The decor in the room was dark coloured. Dark, mirrored type with dark light switches. Made it difficult to see, especially for people with limited vision. Very little light would fill the room once the sun went down, as the lights in the room were so dim. The switches were awful. Most of the time it was like a roulette. Pressing to see what worked, and a lot of the time it never. Would press the same switch constantly with nothing happening, to then suddenly a light would either turn on/off. From the room, you could see through a glass panel into the shower and bathroom. We found this very strange as you could literally see your spouse showering (which isn't and issue lol) but found it strange, more than a negative. (Sorry for these negative comments).

Arrived to the hotel and our room was ready much earlier than expected (know this isn't always the case!), was a great help as we had been on the go all morning and was nice to be able to freshen up before exploring Berlin. The room was great, had a balcony view which was lovely, bed was very comfortable, bathroom had a great power shower & all very clean! did not hear much noise from other guests. The hotel is in a great location to local attractions & easy access to transport! Hotel staff had amazing customer service & always very polite.

The one this I could criticise would be the lighting in the bedroom - with all black walls it could feel quite dark even with the sun coming through the windows!

Lovely little hotel with good facilities and a superb breakfast. The location was great, near lots of good restaurants and right next to the Ubahn, the area had a really vibrant atmosphere in the evening. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable, without being sumptuous!

The Aircon had a tendency to make a strange noise at night and they didn't replace coffee or tea during our four night stay, despite asking. They said it was only replaced every four days... Never known that before! The staff were pleasant but came across a little aloof.

Very good breakfast, nice and courteous staff,, location in Mitte is great for me.

Room is really small to even turn around, there is not much room to put my vanity packs by the sink. And on the weekend, the dining area is turned into a club thing, It was a bit noisy with DJ and drumming, till mid-night. Stayed in this place a few times years ago. It wasn't like this weekend-club-thing. It was ok, but there was no warning about this beforehand.

Highlight location in Mitte, nice building with a fresh design and confortable rooms. Seriously there’s plenty cool places around the building and a lot to do. It is also very close to the Rosenthaler Platz Ubahn and Tram stations so you can easily connect to any other place in Berlin very quickly. Our room had a nice look, it was very clean and a confortable space with a large bathroom. I loved the fact it had huge windows and our room had a great view of the Fernsehturm TV Tower.

The AC system wasn’t great. The room is very well insulated both for temperature and noise which is amazing but unfortunately it went very warm at times and was hard to fix. The staff kindly offered a room change nevertheless

I had a very pleasant 3-night stay at Hotel MANI. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of a lively neighborhood, with easy access to the metro and other public transportation. The hotel met all my expectations, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. If available, I highly recommend choosing a room on the upper floors and facing the backside. The view of the TV Tower and the cathedral dome is truly amazing! Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Berlin. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional stay at Hotel Mani by Amano,the room is chic the power shower! Wow! Rooms,linen super clean. Coffee maker perfect and beds were really comfortable.Perfect location to navigate around the city and we felt in a nice safe area. We stayed sun -Thurs so quieter in Bar and Lounge area but that suited us perfect. Will defenitly rebook this hotel and have recommended to many friends.

The room was a little dark however this is as assumed was the chic vibe that attracted me when booking.

I was searching for a boutique hotel room in Mitte (central) with excellent air conditioning, blackout blinds, a super quiet environment, and comfortable beds—and this was it! After spending a European summer without air conditioning, this hotel was exactly what I needed to restore my sleep.The decor is funky, and the rooms are of fair/standard size. The comfortable mattress, quality bedding, Nespresso machine, and the quiet, dark room made me extend my stay by three nights. The staff were excellent—welcoming and helpful. We have stayed here twice in the last few years. Fantastic location on Torstr. just a few minutes walk to the trains and to many cafes, restaurants and shops. Despite the central location, our street facing room was still quiet at night. Bathrooms are a bit small and there is not much storage, but this is fairly normal -- our bed had high clearance suitable to store our large suitcases underneath. The ground floor has a nice cozy lobby for sitting and doing some work, along with a bar with good cocktails.

There was one day in which our room was not tidied even though we verified with reception that it would be. It happens, but is not ideal.

Gorgeous hotel in a great location. Easily accessible by public transport or walking distance to many attractions. Beds were extremely comfortable and rooms very modern and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of nice food and cafes close by. Have stayed in the AMANO Eastside previously but will choose this hotel for future stays as location is great, alternatively the AMANO hotel is also close by to this one.
