(1) The location is fantastic; we could easily move to all corners of Berlin, and we also arrived at the hotel easily by walking from other stations when transportation was delayed. Also, there are many restaurants and cafes around, such as City Chicken, which offert a significant advantage when we were arriving late and looking for something simple and tasty. (2) The availability of water at any moment. (3) The seeds in the breakfast. (4) The kindness of the personal.

(1) The room on the first floor required additional noise cancellation, as we could hear all the noises from downstairs. Maybe just put noise-cancelling curtains? (2) Having a kettle in the canteen would be ideal as the rooms do not have one.

Excellent location. Easy access to U-Bahn and tram stops (very close) and then only a few stops to e.g. Alexander Platz or Brandenburger Tor. There was a BVG strike whilst were there (so no buses, teams or U-Bahn) and we were able to walk to two different S-Bahn stations in under 15min. Staff were v friendly. Great to be able to get free hot drinks in the afternoon/evening. We paid for breakfast one day and it was tasty. All felt clean and modern.

Our twin room was pretty small. We had to put our bag under one of the beds! But there was a hanging space and a few cubby holes to put stuff in. The open plan bathroom arrangement was fine for us but could be a shock if you weren't expecting it!

The staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was simple but cool, we loved the decor of the room and of the hotel in general. The area is lovely, in the heart of Mitte. Well connected to public transportations but for people who like to walk, some of the main tourist attractions (Alexander Platz, museum Insel, Dom) are about 15 min walking distance. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby.

I did not find the bed super comfortable. However, if I went to Berlin again, I would stay at this hotel a second time because of the nice experience and value for money.

Excelent loation. For me there is no better place to stay in Berlin then Rosenthaler Str. and Hackescher Markt. They are very central, you can go walking everywhere and have access to all modals of transportation. Where the hotel is located you have U8 and Trams that go directly to Central Station, Alexander Platz and with easy connections to every where. Rosenthaler has lots of bars, cafes, restaurants, parts nearby and all kind of services you need.

Walls that separate bathroom, shower and lavatories are glass, opened spaces and not good for privacy as you can hear everything. If the other person is sleeping, you might have privacy issues and would prefer a more reserved space for your daily higyene.

Everything! Super friendly staff, amazing central location which can allow you to do all your sightseeing by foot or metro which is steps from the hotel and close and convenient location to the airport. We will definitely return! Our room has a wonderful street view too!

We found the separation of the shower, sink and toilet a little unusual and doesn’t offer much privacy but it didn’t impact our stay or enthusiasm for the property. A bidet would have been great but understand it’s not common to have outside of Italy.

The hotel is located in a vibrant and lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants, cafes, and bakeries, conveniently close to the metro, bus stop, and tram. It's a few stops from the heart of the city. Water is provided at the reception area all day long, a move extremely appropriated! The room was spacious, tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom with a shower. The staff members are extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. Overall, we had a great stay, and we left totally satisfied with the facilities and the services provided. Undeniably a great value for money!

‏ would like to express my overall satisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Everything was excellent, except for the bedding – “the pillows”, in particular, were not the most comfortable. Despite this minor flaw, I appreciate the overall quality of the experience and look forward to future visits.

Good location, metro station is nearby (1min walk) so you can easy reach all the tourists spots. Lots of cafes, restaurants all around the hotel. We stayed in family room which was like two normal hotel rooms with Queen sized beds with connecting door. We had two showers and two wc. Very good choice for families. The rooms temperature was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. They had boiled or scrambled eggs, vegetables, cheese, ham, joghurt, etc.... There was a pancakes machine, just press the button and wait for a pancake to come out straight to your plate. Kids loved it. Also, there was a Coffee, tea or water available everyday for free. There is Aphoteke and Dentists nearby if needed.

The rooms where quite tiny. There was a small place/wardrobe/closet to hang our winter jackets but no place to store luggage and other clothes. One room had the bathroom without door and wall, only the shower had door. So it was not convienent especially when you come with teenager son. Also, you had to step one step up to the shower and bathroom. I had a back pain so it wasn't helpful. The pillows where not comfortable, they seemed really old/worn out. The room was quite dark, there are not enough lights.

Overall it is a good hotel, closer to 3-star than the 2 it officially has. The prices were very high when we booked so the value for money was not great, but at their normal prices, it's a good deal. What we liked: - good location with quick access to transportation, restaurants and non-stop shops - clean room, good heating, comfy bed - the coffee/tea/water dispensers in the eating area are available all day long - the pancake machine is a great idea! - helpful staff

There were a few things that could be improved. - unfortunately the soundproofing is not very efficient and you can hear loud traffic noises during the night - little storage space for clothes/luggage; no drawers of any kind - the room was OK for one person with small luggage, but would be crammed for two people - the is no place to put one's own toiletries in the shower area; a small shelf/rack would be very useful
