Super friendly staff.

I came to Berlin to take an intensive course at Goethe Institut which is about a 20 minute walk. It was rainy and cold my second week and i discovered that I can pop into the Ubahn U8 at Rosenthaler platz and ride 1 stop to Weinmeisterstr. where Goethe is right outside (there is even a sign in the Ubahn!). Alexanderplatz and all the shops are one more stop past that. And there are street cars that connect almost everywhere. I can get to the big Berlin HBF on almost all trams (M8, M10, M12). From the HBF, well, the world is my oyster! The apartments are on a quiet street in old East Berlin (you can tell because of the street cars). There is a big, fancy Rewe a block away and an Apotheke, plus two Backerei.) The biggest drawback is if you end up on a high floor, there is no elevator and the stairs can be a challenge. The laundry in the building only takes 1Euro coins, so I end up hording them. There is a Laundromat a couple blocks away. I stayed almost 2 months. Bed is great. I happen to love German bedding. And the shower is awesome. Kitchen is functional but very small. You won't be making gourmet meals in there. But it worked for my eggs and coffee in the morning and soup on the stove.

Location is excellent. House manager was helpful and available. Friendly environment in the house. Room was well organised and equipped. Nights were quiet despite being downtown. Shower was excellent. Washer/ dryer adequate. Supermarket 2 minutes walk. Cafe, restaurants, bakery all close. Memorial of Berlin Wall,deeply moving.

Floor cleaning equipment could be newer. Mitte is a dusty place.

The location of the property is excellent and very close to public transport. Considering that Berlin is fully covered by various means of transport, it is great location to start and may reach any other place you may wish to visit. The apartment has all required necessities and is great for either short or even longer stay. Although close to public transport and road, it is very quite without any disruptions from any noise. Personally, even having an option to book a hotel, for me it was more convenient and beneficial to book this apartment having much more comfort than hotel room. Also, I cannot emphasize enough kindness and professionalism of the staff, who have responded to each query I've raised, although even not related to accommodation itself but other info. Considering all said, I would highly recommend this property for either short or longer stay.

Sincerely, there is nothing from my side that I did not like, and nothing to be improved.

Great location ( every necessity is within reach), comfortable room with satisfactory equipments, the hosts were very helpful and easily reachable. A very pleasant stay overall.

The apartment is super bright, spacious, and very functional. Christian is very nice and helpful. The location is fantastic.

Location and functionality of the apartment was amazing, it worked well for someone who just moved to Berlin and needed a short stay to sort out things. I also especially like Volker, the building manager. He is always very cheerful and helpful!

None that I can think of but it is important to note that this is not wheelchair-friendly.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful owner. Nice building and nice apartment. It comes with a certain price tag, but in the end it is worth it.

Could have been a little bit nicer furnished when taking the relatively costly rent into consideration. A higher quality mattress would have been nice, too. Besides that all fine. Many thanks!
