The apartment exceeded my expectations! Everything was fantastic - convenient location, seamless check-in/check-out process, very large rooms with large windows that provided lots of natural light, modern and comfortable furniture, excellent shower, a ton of closet space and shelves, good quality and soft bedding, Villeroy & Boch dishes, extra towels and supplies available 24/7. Every little detail was thought of. We had a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave. We got breakfast and received freshly baked croissants, sandwiches, bananas and squeezed orange juice at our door every morning. I wish I knew about Numa before. I’ll definitely looked them up in other countries.

Located in the heart of Mitte and the Musuem District. Every store is outside the main door. If you want more busy you are in it and if you want something more special, just take a walk a few blocks to a less touristy area. I had a room facing inside so it was peaceful and i enjoyed opening the balcony door into the park behind. For longer stays its nice to have laundry in the basement.

I had a contractor unannounced at my door wanting to fix something when I was just having a relaxing morning. Cleaning Staff did not seem happy.

Easy to check in and get access code. Very good locatio for seeing Berlin. Had well equiped kitchen. Good price.

Some phishing attempts through the booking site and whatsapp. Very unsettling, including after checkout. Shower head a bit worn out.

Great place at a very good location. The rooms are very clean, they have a comfortable bed and a balcony with a good view - in our case it was the backyard and we were very happy to see a lot of trees and beautiful buildings. We loved the restaurants at the neighborhood. It was close to everything and had very good transport connections. Overall a great place to stay

The lift was shaking and was creating very weird noises so we felt a little uncomfortable every time we used it. Fortunately we didn't have a problem.

Fairly large well laid out room. Decent kitchen facilities. Large comfortable bed. Location was good for us. Staff were quick to reply to messages with any questions and were very helpful.

Perhaps have instructions on the use of the stove top, as we were not familiar with how one worked. However, when I contacted staff, they quickly helped me figure it out. Although space is tight for storage of dishes and pans, perhaps it is not the best idea to have them stored up so high that we needed to climb on a chair to reach them.

Perfect location!!! My room was SO spacious!! Very comfortable to be for a long stay. Loved the essentials room. No need to buy the basics (oolive oil, salt, pepper) and you can alwasy access to change linen or towels. Loved it!

The laundry machine did not in fact dispense soap automatically, as it says it will, so my clothes came out all smelling horribly.

Very clean. Room was spacious with lots of storage. Kitchen small but had everything we needed. Really useful to have things like oil, salt and pepper. Very big and comfortable bed. Room was quiet (though we had a courtyard room and those facing the road may be noisier). Great that we could restock on things from easily accessible room in the basement. Building centrally located and pin easy to use.

TV wasn't working properly - probably needed retuning? Bit unnerving having a sign saying you must cook with window open and if the fire alarm goes off and the fire brigade are called out you'll have to pay the 2300 euro fine. Would be better to design and build rooms where cooking doesn't set off the alarm. It's slightly nervewracking arriving in a new city, to an unstaffed building with just a pin code...

Great hotel, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and the sights of Berlin. The check in was smooth with completely digital access, even arriving very late at night it was a seamless check in. The rooms are clean, comfy beds, and stocked with coffee, tea and a small kitchen if you wish to cook. I found the room to be very quiet and had a lovely view of the church nearby.

If you prefer a personal touch when arriving there is no reception nor staff onsite and everything is via the check-in website.

A beautiful apartment room, centrally located in Berlin. The balcony is huge and has a great view, the bed is nice and comfy. The kitchenette had everything I needed, the bathroom was practical, with nice soft towels. Wifi fast fast, working here for a few hours went well. What I really liked was the easy checkin with a code, so no hotel card you could lose. Communication was swift and easy and I received all the information in time. Brilliant system!

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The grouts were black here and there, and the shower head was full of lime chalk and didn't look like it had been properly scrubbed in ages.

The apartment is in a very good location in Berlin Mitte. Only 5 minutes walk from the train station. The instructions were clear. The host sent all necessary information from WhatsApp, SMS and E-mail. We entered the room easily. The room was very clean. The tıiowels, bed linens and kitchen appliances are very clean. There were varios flavors teas and coffee in the room. Everything was carefully prepared. The host made us feel special. It was pleasure for us to stay in Numa. I strongly recommend.
