The funky vibe of the Moxy exceeded my expectations for an airtport hotel. There was lots available to eat and drink without leaving the hotel, and a good breakfast with many options. Efficient staff. Great location very near the airport. Would 100% stay again if traveling in/out of Brandenburg airport.

Only thing to improve would be to offer an airport shuttle, even if infrequent, as many airport hotels do. Even a message board where people could plan to share taxis etc.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast is also good.

Reaching the hotel from the airport is a challenge particularly late hours and Sundays. The public transportation service is not reliable and Uber drivers often find it not appealing to do short distance.

Location is good, but the taxi driver was a thief... drove me around for 10 min for 20 euros, next day the bus only took 3 min back to the airport... watch out for criminal taxi drivers.

It was generally good, not luxury, but very good.

Second time I've stayed here within a week and yet again they come up trumps What's not to like about receiving a complimentary drink on arrival and staff that are friendly and couldn't be more helpful. My room was immaculate,comfy bed,great shower with plenty of towels. As I had an early flight to catch I asked would be possible to have some croissants and tea to go,rather than have a sit down breakfast....no problem at all. If the Moxy at Berlin airport is a benchmark for the company then it's an extremely high standard it's reached,well.done .

good hotel, newly built so new & tidy rooms, staff was lovely and they also serve food till 10PM. they stored my luggage till my flight. hotel is right next to a bus stop so if you're alone you can take a bus from the airport to the hotel till 8 PM. The vibe was fantastic inside the hotel with a lovely sitting area downstairs with a bar/food. did not utilise the gym but looked good too.

the shower was not working so they had to move my rooms, the new room was different to what i booked but i understand it can happen, only gripe is that the hotel could have checked the shower before assigning the room to me. other thing for travellers but not for the hotel: bus service stops at 8/9PM so if you are out till late, have to take a taxi from the airport, which is not that expensive but not a big issue. again, not a hotel issue, just a travel trip.

I booked last minute so got a great deal. We stopped off mid journey so it was ideal as we had to be at the airport early. We had checked in and were able to order pizza so that meant we didn’t have to go looking for somewhere to eat. My daughter thought the bed was one of the most comfortable beds she’s ever slept in and wanted to know where the mattress and pillows from! 🤣 The staff were all friendly and helpful, specious I don’t speak German. The room was perfect and I loved the decor and of course my teenagers loved all the charging points and the WiFi! I would definitely stay again!

The only negates a bit of hair on the shower wall.

Good value for money. Its a tastefully decorated and clean hotel with friendly staff. The rooms don't come with any extras to keep the price down. They do have some amenities for sale at the reception if you would need some.

Getting there by shuttle was hard for me to find, and the reception didnt answer any calls. So here is the info I wish I had before: go to the B busstop (touring and shuttle buses), wait at B2. The Moxy shuttle bus is actually a large pink bus by the name EasyPark (if I recall correctly) going to the parking garage but makes a stop in between at Moxy. Cost is 3,50 euro, takes about 7 minutes.

The room was huge for one solo traveler. It was also very clean and really exceeded my expectations. Furthermore the lobby was a great place to spend some time. The stuff was super friendly and handy if you were fluent in English as well. The included welcome drink was very much appreciated!

There was lots of confusion concerning my room at check-in, but also check-out. The price for the dinner is very high if you only stay for one night. You could live cheaper if you go to a restaurant which is crazy to be fair. It was fine but not world-class. Therefore, 15€ ist charged a bit high in my opinion.

My stay here was wonderful. The staff is super, everyone is responsive, understanding, always helped with various questions about the room and even about the city. For example, there was a situation where I could not figure out the air conditioner, it was too hot in the room. They explained everything to me, helped with the air conditioner and said that if something happened, they would change my room. I would like to separately note the man at the bar, I think he was from Poland. A great person, very responsive and kind. The location is also wonderful, 6 minutes by bus to the airport, and 35-40 to any station in the center of Berlin. I really liked everything, 10/10! The atmosphere is wonderful. Good music, very cozy and comfortable hall with a bar and with game zone. In addition to the incredibly comfortable atmosphere was the very friendly staff. And despite the fact that at 1:00 at night there are people at the bar and music is playing, you can't hear anything in the room, the soundproofing is also very wonderful

Staff was very helpful, they replied very fast when I had questions before arrival. Room was ok, heating was not so great, but it was enough for short night. I was surprised about breakfast quality, the choice was broad and taste also very nice (buffet).

The only major drawback I see is distance from the airport, so you have to take the bus or taxi. Bus goes every 30 minutes (with some exceptions) and costs 3.5 euro per person (February 2025), but stops in front of the hotel. Taxi could be very costly, depending on the time, even though it is about 40 minutes walk.
