Great apartment. We had our own bathroom. The bus M85 outside/across the street.. very Easy to get to the City. Service was good. Nothing missing. Had a wonderfull stay and we come back again next time we are in Berlin. Next time I bring my Dog. Download app for Bus. Everything was very clean, the room as well as the shared spaces (lounge and bathroom). The room (single) was compact but offering everything needed, from shelves, desk, hangers, tv, and even a small fridge. Quiet place. I stayed during a very hot week but the temperature in the bedroom was good (no aircon, facing north) and pleasant during the night. The window opens towards a quiet, side road, so that I could leave it open throughout the night and no disturbance.

I stayed here for two weeks and had an amazing experience. The place itself is fantastic, and the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

The Location is 10 Minutes walk from the Charité Benjamin Franklin Campus, which was important to me.

I paid a lot for cleaning and service.

It was clean and had a fridge in the room. There was a shared kitchen and sitting area outside the bedrooms at each floor. It was walkable to Charité and stores/restaurants River and trails very close by.

Old villa in good area. Spacious studio. High ceilings. Well equipped. Nice vibes. The owner was really helpful and responsive.

Room was very clean, well furnished and comfortable. Fantastic curtains, good bed and nice little fridge.
