What a great place for a large group! I loved being able to have all 12 of us in the same place! Large kitchen and dining area, and enough space to relax. Clean, plenty of bowls, plates, and cooking tools in the well-equipped kitchen. Very close to the U-bahn, shops, grocery stores, etc. Our host was amazing! He is a problem-solver and if a solution can be found to your issue, he will find a way to make it happen.

The entrance, and the staircase were dirty. Also the floor in our apartment was dirty.

Rules for the cash deposit, hard for international traverlers with dual exchange

Great location, perfect place for a big group.

The property was in a good location for where we needed to be and had plenty of facilities for a big group. Even if you are trying to get into Berlin city centre the property is not far from the tube/buses.

The staff were not very friendly, on check out we felt quite rushed out by the cleaners despite not being the check out time. The mattresses are not fit for purpose and require replacing.

Be careful with the deposit of 200€ in cash they request. In our case, the second day of our stay we rised the blind of the dining room normally and it got stuck without going up or down. Obviously something was wrong with that blind and obviously we did not break it because we just rised it. For that reason, the owner did not give us back the deposit. What happen if the fridge or dish machine just stop working?, would it be our fault as well and we should pay for it? It seems that they take any chance they have for keeping the deposit and make an extra income.

I do not recommend this hotel !!! The owner did not want to return the deposit because we left the apartment at 9am and it's time to 11am. They add a cleaning fee which should be included. I warn you against handing over the deposit later there may be a problem with picking up.

The check in worked well.

The whole apartment smelled after cigarette smoke. It was unclean.

Everything cost 5 euro :) The owner is bad person . Don’t let you do nothing and tells you in a bad way . He told me that if is posible to not use nothing :) The internet on tv doesn’t work . When you go there he is asking for a guaranty 150 euro even if you pay him for the apartment ( on internet didn’t write about this )
