Facilities were good but the staff was very helpful and available 24/7 at the front desk with a nice bar to come back to and have a drink to end the night.

It's a little away from what you would call the city center, you could walk it if you want but for the price it is definitely worth it because just down the street is a bus stop as well as the subway and public transportation in Berlin is very easy to pick up and use as well as the availability of electric scooters everywhere. With transportation or a scooter it would take you maybe 10 or 15 minutes to get into the city center

We came to Berlin for 1 night with a dog and by car. If you’re looking for a nice pet friendly hotel with big parking and outside green zone, this is a good option. Breakfast was a traditional European from fresh ingredients. A comfortable big bed. Clean room. Friendly staff that responds quickly 24/7.

It was a bit stuffy in the room. So if the weather is hot it may not be 100% comfortable to sleep.

The best location you can imagine. 800 m to the nearest U-bahn station and just a walk away from The Tempelhoffer Feld. The free car park is an asset. A spacious room. Breakfast is basic but there is everything an average person would need for breakfast. And it's tasty. I had plenty every morning.:) There is a REWE supermarket in front of the hotel in case you need anything.

The martress is a bit too soft and the pillows are big. But I assume it's hard to satisfy everyone. Some prefer soft martresses, others like harder ones.

The staff was polite and helpful. They stored our luggage before and after checking in/out. They also lent their land-line phone when one of our phones broke down.

I was surprised the sheets were not changed when we requested room service within our 4 night stay. Maybe we were supposed to leave a note about it. The bedroom was extremely hot at times as the temperature reached up to 29 degrees. There are no blinders in the bedroom. We did have a fan, which allowed us to sleep.

I have stayed at this hotel in Berlin on a few occasions, so know the facilities and offering very well. I stay here because it is close to excellent transport links. It is easy to get into central Berlin and further out of the city from here. The bedroom, shower and facilities are all good, Since my last stay here last October they now have a water heater in the breakfast room which means I could make tea which I prefer at breakfast. The breakfast is overall good..

I had a room on the front of the hotel and I think unfortunately I experienced a lot of noise outside especially in the early hours of the morning. I think there was a car delivery at the dealership next to the hotel and some other deliveries for other businesses close by. I was so tired that although disturbed by the noise, I managed to get back to sleep, as a result I did not ask for a room change or make a complaint.

If I remember correctly, the place does not list it has a parking space, which was free of charge. This was a pleasant surprise. The bus stop is just around the corner.

Standard length beds, which are too short for me. Tiny shower cabin. Breakfast was expensive (15€) - it's better to walk to main street of the district and you'll find at least a couple of coffee shops were you can get similar breakfast for less (10€).

Both bathroom and sleeping room were very clean. The breakfast was OK, complete and had everything I wanted. The personnel were very helpful.

The temperature in the room was a bit high. Eventhough there was a fan, it was too noisy to use it for cooling down while trying to sleep.

It had everything I needed for the stay: bed, clean bathroom, heating.

The beda were too soft and worn down in the middle. There was only one slippers in the room. The mirror was tilted toward the window and it was not secured, so we were afraid to move the curtain. The table was placed on one of the curtains and we could not move it.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and am familiar with the facilities, and location. Check-in was quick and the receptionist friendly and welcoming. The room I stayed in which was the same as my stay in July. Since then, the room has been re-vamped with some new furniture (chairs). The bed and bedding are very comfortable. The breakfast offering is overall reasonable, however, the choice of fruit to accompany my Yoghurt was poor, only some madarin segments and pineapple pieces. There was a good choice of cheeses, meats and bread/rolls.

I would prefer an improved choice of fruit for breakfast.
