Very clean, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Really perfect for a week or so. 20 minutes walk from the center so that was also a plus

Bit noisy, very thin walls I assume but I could hear every other guest or person living in the building, going in and out

We were satisfied.

My kids could not watch TV,as there was no connection. Luckily for us,we came with their tablets,so they used it. There was WiFi connection in our room,but we don't know why the TV wasn't working. We DID NOT complain to the friendly lady at the frontdesk.

The lady was really nice and kind. Always smiling and helping us. Breakfast included was a surprise and a indeed a good one. The location is good, the rooms are big and the staff was really friendly. I highly recommend.

In the night, the room was a little bit chilly but it got warmer through the night.

it was frustration that we came after 18:00, and reception was closed. As to my mind, it is necessary to prevent the visitors about that. We tried to call via polish phone, and, ufortunately, it was no connection. Luckly, we met the same visitors who hepled us to contact the reception via phone.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm very grateful for the vegan options at breakfast! The hotel is simple, but has everything you need for a night or two. Clean, comfortable, good wifi, great location.

The Hotel location is great - whoever knows anything about Berlin knows that Kreuzberg is a pleasant area that you will never be tired of. I love the staff kindness and openess. The Hotel was cozy for us. It is not super-new, super stylish. But you feel good there, as if you were sleeping over at the friends place. Really clean and quiet.

I got to the hotel to check in during open reception hours but the reception was closed. Otherwise it was lovely

Very nice staff! We thank you once again... Breakfasts - everything in large quantities and delicious. Quiet and clean room. Good localization. Near to U-bahn and S-bahn, so everywhere.

An electric kettle in the room would be very helpful.

The room was spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great. The location was a little out of the way for me, but accessed easily by public transport. Breakfast was good.

No lift and we stayed on the 3rd floor.
