Good location in Kreuzberg neighborhood and just 50 yards from Schonleinstrasse metro entrance. Popular younger crowd area. LOTS of many different restaurants. Saturday outdoor market 200 feet away by the river. Typical German breakfast spread. 24/7 desk. Elevator!! Not a high end neighborhood by any means, but feels safe at night. Good Market across the street.

Smallest shower (room 505) I've seen in 10 months of traveling Europe. If you're BIG, forget about it! Nothing to see here, except the swans in the river under the bridge.

Loved everything. Seriously. Getting there was so easy with the Schönleinstraße metro station just a few steps from it, and the whole staff is so, so lovely. <3 The neighborhood is fantastic. Loved Kreuzberg! That's the district for me in Berlin. The fair around the corner on Tuesday.. all the stores and art and and colors and restaurants and people and history and stories... I do have plans to go back to Berlin, and i really hope i can stay at Prens again. <3

I am pleased overall. The location was good and the bathroom, very nice.

The room was small. I think it would be very hot in the really hot days as there is no air conditioning (just a fan) and it was already hot in the room when outside was around 25 degrees.

The hotel was overall really good. All of the staff members were really friendly. The location was good because there were more train stations nearby to get really fast to the city center or other destinations. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good amount of foods to choose from. Furthermore the hotel offers parking spots for a cheap price and we could even park our car there a bit longer after the check out.

Due to the high temperature outside it was really warm inside the hotel room and they didn’t had an air conditioner. But with an open window at night it cooled down a little bit. Also the beds were a little bit uncomfortable but they told us they’re getting replaced soon.

For its price range I think the hotel met my expectations. The room was clean and spacious, the wifi connection was stable, the staff were polite and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the heating worked, there was ample lighting, the windows thick enough to dampen the noise if the busy street, and the breakfast was good enough. The location was also perfect, close to two very different sides of the area, good restaurants in the vicinity, supermarkets and convinence stores, and really close to the subway.

I didn't use the TV much because there were limited choices.

Cosy and quiet even though situated near a very busy, lively spot. Really comfortable beds and a spacious shower room. The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful and shared some local information. We enjoyed our breakfast. Would have liked to stay more than just one night!

My niece and I travelled from the UK and stayed at Hotel Prens for her 18th Birthday. The room was very cosy as in warm, yet generously spacious. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much for them. They gave us good advice about the tourist attractions and getting about, they also ensured that we had what we needed in our room. All of this really did add to making it a great experience. If I visited Berlin again I would certainly stay here and would also reccomend this place.

There really is nothing we didnt like. We were on a main road which could have been quite noisey but it wasnt. I can not find any fault with this place.

It was really awesome to get in that nice and clean place, where everytime somebody can meet you at the Reception. In our post-covid time it is really rare attitude! The place was nice and clean. It even had an elevator up to my room. The personnel welcoming and helpful - the host told us very nice place to eat not far away. I did not try breakfast, cause night life of Berlin did not let me wake up

initially my booking had 2 single beds. but at the reception we got the double bed. since we were two men - it was a bit strange first. but then as my friend left in two nights, I got a bigger bed to sleep, so as a result it was more of advantage))

When we arrived, we were sent to a room where only one bed was made. This happened twice, after which we were then given the luxury of sleeping in a larger room

Staff were very friendly and the hotel is well located. Room was also very spacious with everything you need for a short stay

Didn't think the beds were comfortable, TV didn't work and the shower lacks water pressure.
