I felt really welcomed by the staff. I did not expect such helpful, kind and warm staff in a hotel but they seemed exceptionally caring! I came here to attend a concert in Huxleys Neue Welt. This was the perfect hotel for it because it is a close walking distance. Lots of Turkish cafes on the street. Metro a few minutes walk away. A lot of furniture to store your belongings if needed and a lovely big mirror in the room. The breakfast they give was very good, fresh crispy Brötchen and all the cold cuts were quality products. Large coffee portion! :)

The breakfast was portioned out which was weird. You were given a defined portion of salami, cheese, ham, fruit, breads. 1 medium-boiled egg, This struck me as odd. I'm not a huge breakfast-eater so I actually would have taken myself LESS than that and I couldn't finish everything. Not sure what happens to that food, does it get thrown away? What a shame. I wish they let guests self-serve from the cold cuts and breads.

The room had most things I needed for a quiet and restful night. Everyone in reception was lovely and very helpful. For the pricing it is a great option that is well connected to various subway lines and buses.

The only thing I would suggest is changing the pillows offered. There was one pillow on the bed and it barely had any form. Please consider changing this and it would be a perfect night's sleep!

Clean and simple hotel, perfect for a few days of sightseeing. No luxury or fancy desing, everything is basic, but tidy and functional. Friendly staff and good big breakfast for additional charge, it's worth it. It's in a normal neighbourhood, well connected. The noise from the street is not too bad, but earplugs are a good idea.

I was in Berlin for the concert so I booked this hotel because it was really close to the venue and I couldn't be more satisfied. It's a really nice place, the room was comfortable and the staff is incredible, so friendly and nice! I'd come back here.

We arrived in Berlin very early, but after contacting the hotel they immediately offered that we could check in early, without an extra charge. As soon as we got to the hotel we were brought to our room and were able to catch up on some sleep. The employees were all very nice, the room was as expected. No complaints!

It's an old fashioned hotel with a lot of charms. The location is great, there are at least 3 grocery stores nearby and a lot of options to eat&drink. Public transport is only a 5 minute walk away. I found the room quite spacious for a budget hotel and it was nice and clean. The staff was super nice and helpful with everything. Breakfast was simple but filling, they even prepared plantbased milk for me.

The bed was not very comfortable for me and there was too much noise under my windows in the morning, I couldn't sleep well.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming. The free parking (based on availability) was a major plus in Berlin. We thought the busy street would lead to a sleepless night (our room was street facing) but we slept peacefully the whole night through without ear plugs. And this from very light sleepers. Breakfast is a dream. We felt soo spoiled. The home made Marmelade was a hit and went soo well with the huge fresh buns. Thank you for a short but lovely stay

Very clean and great value. Helpful staff who were happy to hold a suitcase for the day after I checked out.

The street that the hotel is on isn't the most picture-esque but minor issue because lovely streets nearby. Bathroom on the smaller side but very serviceable.

It had all one needs for a short stay. It is well connected by public transport. The surrounding area has infinite food options.

The building is a little old and squeaky. The room is good for a few days but would be too small to feel comfortable for a longer time. Even though it is well connected, commuting to most of the main city attractions take some time.

Spacious clean rooms, exceptionally friendly host who makes you feel very welcomed. The location is excellent for travelling around. Value for money is very good.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The bathroom is not modernised but it was clean with a good shower and a supply of everything needed.
