The room was nicely set out though a bit compact. The location is good being close to the centre of Berlin but also well situated in the Kreutzberg and close to the shops and restaurants there. We didn't have the breakfast for which there was a charge as we preferred to have a vegetarian breakfast out but we were able to have a free hot drink in the morning. The lounge area was very comfortable and relaxed. The Hotel was also adjacent to the underground station and also not far the Ost Kreutz station which runs direct to the airport.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel interior is really modern and in good condition. Staff are helpful. There is a really popular main road on the edge of the hotel. Nearby pubs and restaurant are good with a nice selection of foods. Breakfast was good. From the price I paid, I did not think it would be as good as it was.

The Car parking spaces are VERY narrow. You have to drive in between the building support columns in the basement. I had to fold both my door mirrors and back in SLOWLY to get it in. Also it has a really low ceiling above it. It is more like a set of car parking alcoves. I scratched my tailgate because it could not raise all the way, it ended up ground against the low ceiling.

Very good location, literally at the subway’s door. About 30 minutes away from any spot un Berlin by public transportation. Good room, clean, comfortable.

The room was good, although I missed a minibar/refrigerator so I could store my leftovers. Also missed a telephone in the room, I know they don’t have room service but I had some questions and had to go all the way downstairs. The breakfast was good but too expansive. Missed some food downstairs also, it’s nice to have some option when you get home late and hungry. For a few days, it’s great, for a long stay like mine it’s a bit overpriced, better get an apartment.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the beginning. They were very happy to solve any issues. The room was lovely, and completely clean. The bed was very comfortable, and there’s plenty of pillows. The hotel itself is in a great location - it’s located only a minute away from Moritzplatz, and if you don’t mind a short train ride, only 5 minutes from Alexanderplatz. The breakfast was great, plenty of options available, and the staff at breakfast were very cheerful.

The rooms are on the smaller side, but this did not affect my stay at all.

Very friendly smiling staff, ready to help. No problems with reservation. Nice cozy place with interesting interior, clean and comfy rooms. Metro right next to the place. Convenient enough to get to the main tourist points as well as Uber Arena.

Minor inconveniences. A bit too little space for breakfast if a busy day. Sometimes you have to eat seating on a couch with a low coffee table. Paper cups in the bathroom instead of reusable ones.

Location was very good - super close to a Metro station and also buses are close by. You have some places to eat nearby and also supermarkets. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

I was asked if a room on the first floor would be Ok. I asked if it was quiet and the answer was all rooms are quiet so I accepted it. Unfortunately, it is not as quiet as I would have liked and also since you are in the first floor, many people can look into the room which felt like some privacy was missing.

Front desk staff is super helpful & friendly. Room is clean and neat, just like the pictures from the website. Good location, bus stop just in front of the hotel & subway station just a few steps far. We stayed in a room on the fifth floor. After the window was closed, except for the sound of the ambulance at the beginning, there was no noise later and the sound insulation was very good.

The space in the room is not big, but for us, it was enough. After all, we are here to explore the city of Berlin.

Brilliant location right next to Moritplatz on the U8 which is very useful and max 30 mins to walk to many neighbourhoods. Room was small but clean and comfortable and the bathroom was great. Had a room out the back and it was really quiet considering the location on a pretty large roundabout. Staff were nice, the bar seemed to be full of people every night, we could leave our bags after checkout.

Didn't have any bad experiences in the couple of nights stay - there's not much in the way of amenitites at the hotel but it's not really that kind of place so didn't have any expectations!

Very convenient location next to Moritzplatz subway station. Very friendly and accommodating personnel. Clean and beautiful apartment. Comfortable bed and pillows.

A trash bin in our room (other than the one in the bathroom) would have been nice, same with a small fridge. The breakfast price didn't correspond to the variety provided, although the quality was really good.

At first glance on a map it may seem that the location is out of the way, but in actual fact it's 20 - 30 minutes by subway to everywhere one might want to go. That "forces" you to explore Berlin, but once you figure out the subway system - Google maps is your friend; it'll take about a day - this location becomes invaluable. Definitely recommended over the Hauptbahnhof location, especially if you're the adventurous type.
