Despite facing the street the room was quiet. The motel is easily accessible from the motorway, the area is not very clean but it has excellent food options in the next street.

A totally run-down wall-to-wall carpet in the corridor. There is safe on-site parking (for extra payment) but it cannot be booked. For the guests' peace of mind it should be enabled.

The accommodation is very well located. It is close to the so called Ringbahn (S-Bahn S41 and S42), which takes you everywhere in Berlin, and the U8 metro line, which provides easy access to the city centre (about 25-30 minutes from Alexanderplatz). There are plenty of places to eat nearby (mainly Döner and co.) and we thought it was a nice area (although undeniably dirty), but we didn't have a bad feeling in the evening (around 10-11 pm) either. The breakfast selection was adequate for us, with plenty of food to choose from. The room was not very big, but in the end we just came home to sleep. Otherwise you can stay downstairs in the lobby. Our room faced the street, but we could sleep comfortably even with the window open. There was no air conditioning in the room and it was very hot on arrival (luckily the weather normalised later) - we didn't end up having a problem with this, but I think it can be difficult to sleep without air conditioning in the summer when it's very hot. The hotel has its own garage, which is a great advantage. There is a lift, you can go directly from the garage up to the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful.

You have to pay for the internet, which was an unpleasant surprise. We ended up using our own mobile network. Hint: Don't smoke in the room, because the smoke alarm goes off and it's very bad to wake up at 0:30 am to the fire alarm (the firefighters came out extra fast, kudos to them), plus it must have cost the person who was smoking in the room quite a lot. (This was not the hotel's fault.)

I liked the room, it was tidy and ergonomic. There's an elevator so it's convenient when heavy luggage. The staff was polite. I was lucky to get a room with a window to the yard so it was quiet. Good grocery stores are located not far from the place.

The TV was old, without Smart TV function. Not all the channels that were listed listed worked. So there were just those in native language that I don't understand. I recommend to prepare USB stick with movies to shorten the time. It was quite far from the nearest metro stations. We were very tired after walking long distances each day so it seemed far. Also the neighborhood wasn't the the cleanest and the most quiet.

Loved the spacious room, clean facilities, and super friendly staff. This is a nice hotel with a nice atmosphere. The decor is tasteful. I felt very welcome here. I'd absolutely stay here again. Perfect location as I was going to a concert nearby. Easily accessible by U Bahn. Shower is very powerful, great pressure in it, easy to work. Also was a hairdryer which is definitely useful. Nice shower gel too. Lady at check in let me check in 45 minutes early and she was really kind, and patient with my German language, she conversed with me in German in an easy to understand way, i was so grateful she spoke German to me as I really wanted to try!! Thanks for letting me check in 45 mins early, it made a huge difference to my very busy stay!!

No air con and the walls are a little thin: I could hear next door snoring loudly: but I did get to sleep anyway. Pillows are a little thin but that's to be expected. My room was a twin so I picked which bed I wanted: one bed was quite hard, one was medium (it had a mattress topper): grateful for the choice, as i picked the medium one. These are only tiny imperfections, I wouldn't let them put me off: I'd come back in a heartbeat.

The room was clean and comfortable with just the right temperature (neither high, nor low). The price is very good for what it offers. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. They also let me store my luggage for a few hours before check-in and after check-out. The motel is well-placed, far away from the centre so that it's quiet enough, but close enough to be able reach it relatively quickly. 5-7 minutes away you can find an S-Bahn station, as well as two different U-Bahn stations. You also have plenty of small restaurants and a Netto market nearby.

The room would've been perfect if also contained a mini fridge and an extra chair. Another aspect to be improved is the position of the room relative to the elevator hall. My room was right next to it and I could hear people going in and out. I tried the breakfast for one day and I gave up on it. It costed me 14 euros, but I don't believe it earned its value. It had the basic elements: vegetables, fruit, cereal, eggs, yoghurt, juices etc.. I wouldn't recommend it. Last but not least, the Wi-Fi was hit or miss a few times, meaning that it suddenly lost signal.

I stayed in a family room. With a friend and her son, and of course I would like a little more space. But our goal was to get to know Berlin, so we only needed the room for sleeping. The beds were comfortable, but in my opinion they were too narrow, and I was afraid that I would fall off at night, but everything turned out without incident. Very good location of the hotel. There is a bus stop nearby and two metro stations within a 5-minute walk, so this is the biggest plus! Yes, there are also a lot of cafes and restaurants near the hotel, so it's very difficult to stay hungry. Very nice lobby with a bar and friendly, friendly staff. It is convenient and comfortable to just sit there in the evening after a busy day with a cup of coffee or a mug of beer, etc. or meet with friends.I won't say anything about breakfast, as we didn't order it. In general, I highly recommend (despite the narrow beds) the price corresponds to the services. The proximity of the metro is a huge plus!

Had a 5th floor room facing on to a road that gets busy in the morning but hey, it's a city. Lovely skyline view to wake up to, to watch the sun rise and have the sun streaming in the window. Good doubled glazed windows, so unless a very light sleeper, noise won't be a problem. Great location close to Hermanstrasse Station, underground and bus links for getting to the centre of Berlin and tourist sights in a short time. Found the bed very comfortable, the spacious shower lovely and the 14e all you can eat buffet breakfast was great value and had something to suit all. Amazed by the superb selection of teas as well as good coffee options. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful.

Nothing to not like, the same price type of establishment in the UK is very poor in comparison and should take note.

The motel was quite nice. Clean, quiet, nice staff.

1. The taxi to the motel that was included in the booking price did not wait for me while I was in the long passport line at the airport. So I had to pay 60 Euro for another taxi. 2. A few days before my stay, I requested to cancel one day of my five-day stay and was denied. 3. I requested to have a guest on my first night. I had a single room so they said no. So I asked if there was a double room. Yes, but I had to pay for both rooms! The motel itself is nice, but be careful when you book and don’t expect to actually get the “free” taxi.

Was very easy to find, just jump on the s45 bahn train from Terminal 1 straight to Hermannstrabe, took about half an hour. Easy check in experience. Excellent big shower which was sorely needed. Comfortable double bed, plenty of storage space and a decent TV. Now i read reviews the free Wi-Fi was poor so i was dreading using it but i found it perfectly adequate for surfing the web, youtube in low quality, even tiktok worked well. Just don't expect to stream 1080p videos all night. I never used my personal data while at the hotel.

No fridge or Kettle, i did sorely miss a cup of tea in the room. I was on top floor and in the morning workers could see me and vice versa when i opened the curtains in the opposite building..soon learnt to keep the curtains mostly shut in the morning lol. Even though i was on top floor the road outside was very noisy..u could guarantee something with a blazing siren would go past every night..was only a minor inconvenience though. Hermannstrabbe area was very busy, a little scruffy too with a lot of litter and cigarette butts.

Spacious room that was clean and bathroom was great. Location of the hotel is perfect, situated between two stations that have regular trains on both overground and underground to the centre of Berlin, and one of the stations has trains direct to the airport.

I wouldn’t feel comfortable alone at night in the area - glad we were in a group. That being said we had no problems! There was only two pillows on the bed (one each side) and the pillows were quite flimsy. We did ask for more though which they provided and this is only personal preference.
