The hotel is very well managed, with a beautiful environment, a good location, and convenient parking and transportation. The front desk staff was attentive and considerate, especially the restaurant staff who enthusiastically provided us with ice cubes, which touched us. It is a warm and comfortable hotel. It is worth recommending.

It was just one night staying- the staff was very friendly and welcome. Room very cosy and comfortable. Exelent restaurant!

Good and clean hotel with good location. During stay at hotel was very quiet and comfortable.

Internet connection was unable almost all week. Wifi net have at hotel, but was no possible to connect the router, only some time of day sadenly for 3 min telephones was connected to network and load news(((. From hotel personal was not provided assistance for above problem!

The hotel is fully consistent with the description on the site, convenient location, clean and comfortable room, the hotel has its own restaurant with delicious food, reasonable prices and large portions. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Traditional, a bit outdated or a bit “random” style forniture but very clean and well preserved. Very kind and available staff!

Location for our touring of Berlin was excellent. Easy access to bus, u-bahn and driving to locations south and west of the city.

inflated cost because of football which we were not aware of at the time of booking. we were visiting relatives only.

Free parking next to the hotel, within walking distance from the park. The Adlermuhle restaurant nearby is really good. Lidl close by is also a plus. The street it is situated in is quiet. Good AC.

The room and bed were a bit small. One side of the bed was up against the wall. No problem for young folks like us, but it could be a downside if you’re not as limber and need to get up to pee at night.

The bathroom was very spacious. I'm used to hotel rooms having really cramped bathrooms so this was particularly nice. The breakfast buffet was very good.

I have no major complaints, but they could make some minor improvements like improving the stability of the wifi and providing fluffier towels.
