We stayed here so we could enjoy Höfenacht. The Hotel is in a great location. Close to the Castle and Downtown area. The rooms where very clean and comfortable. The Hotel also has a Bar. We did not get to enjoy it since we did not get back until about 3am. Had everything you need. Reception / Check in process was very quick. The rate was reasonable. It came with Breakfast. The Breakfast is located next door in the Restaurant. We enjoyed our Breakfast. We also had dinner there on our day of arrival. Everybody is friendly and the service and food was great. We will for sure stay here again next year when we come to the Höfenacht. It's in a quite location. Only thing you should be aware is it is next to a Church. If you are looking for a convenient location you should consider this Hotel.

The room was spacious, quiet, and clean with a pleasant smell. The furniture is a bit dated but very well-maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast includes eggs, cheese, meat, cakes, and croissants - you don't really miss anything. Parking is possible on the street right in front, there are a lot of places.

Staff were smoking constantly in area just below our window. It was hot, so we wanted to open the window, but couldn't do so without letting in the cigarette smoke

Good location, in between Berlin and Tropical Island. Breakfast was great, enough choice. Very kind staf.

The pillow was not really comfortable, but besides that everything was good.

10 mins walk from train station in a quiet residential area. 30 mins to Berlin. Very clean room, daily housekeeping, polite staff, excellent breakfast, secure entry/exit process.

The location relative to the airport and the affordable price with breakfast included. The receptionist was very kind and helped me with a few things.

Lovely hotel. The staff were able to check me in despite my delayed flight meaning I arrived after 11pm, which I was very thankful for. Facilities themselves were good. Everything was clean. Only stayed one night but would happily have stayed longer and explored the surrounding town.

My only issue really was the heat. Air conditioning would have been amazing, but I appreciate its not hot all year in Germany so it's probably not economical to install it.

Was a nice, clean hotel. Staff was very friendly. Over all it was a great hotel, close to a restaurant and with parking.

Not really negative but we travelled with a cat and we had a room with velux windows which was not ideal as cats like to look out of the window. But as we stayed only one night, we did not ask for different room.

Ir you dont speak German its better not to stay ar at the hotel as none of the staff was able to speak English. Only breakfast waiter spoke English
