Perfect location, 10 minutes walk from the museum area, 10 minutes from Alexander Platz, 2 minutes from the Hackescher Markt with a direct train to the airport. Lots of shops and restaurants. Although very central it was very quiet. The staff is welcoming and nice. They don't clean the rooms every day, but you can ask for anything you need at the reception. The room itself was very clean and comfortable.

In Berlin you don't have public access to the large trash containers. I'd recommend the hotel to retrieve guests' trash on a daily basis, otherwise it accumulates a lot.

Very good location, just 3 minutes walk to the train station. Alexanderplatz is within walking distance where there is a lot of shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful and polite. Room is spacious.

Housekeeping service is provided every Thursday. We stayed from Sunday to Thursday but was provided with the service after contacting the reception.

Lovely clean apartment, In a excellent location. With friendly staff. The beds were comfy and the place was so quiet at night you get a full night's sleep!

We (myself and my teenage daughter) stayed at a one-bedroom apartment for two weeks in August. Our request for two single beds was accommodated. The bedroom had a big wardrobe, where all our luggage could fit. In the living room we had both a table and a good-sized desk, which turned out very handy, because we were both attending a summer course and needed a place to do the homework. The kitchenette included a dishwasher. The bathroom was quite big, with a big countertop that could accommodate all our stuff and it included a laundry washer and a drier. Cleaning and replacement of towels was provided every third day (but clean towels as well as toilet paper and soap for washer could be asked at the front desk at any time). The apartment was very centrally located, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, museums, cinemas, and public transportation (direct connection to the airport). We could enjoy the view to the Fernsehturm from our windows and balcony. We felt very safe. Would love to stay there again.

We found the price high. Also, we would have preferred if one of us slept in the living room (could not happen unless if we paid for an extra bed which was not cheap and would leave little/no free space for us to walk around – there was a sofa, but it could not be used as a bed). Likewise, basics such as paper towels, oil, salt, would have been very welcome. Also, we could hear the train, but it did not disturb us. Lastly, the bathtub was super slippery – very dangerous even! If we go back we will take our own non-slip bath mat 😊

We had a lovely studio apartment on the courtyard side of the hotel. The room was spotless and had almost everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. The location can’t be beat. The S Bahn Hackescher Markt is steps away. Google Maps doesn’t tell you that there are three streetcar lines (M4,5,6) that are just around the corner to take you to the UBahn at Alexanderplatz. Although we had been told that there might be noise during the day because of construction next door, we didn’t hear anything except if all the windows were open.

My only suggestion for the hotel is to put a few more plates, bowls and pieces of silverware in the room. We had three of each, but we had a dishwasher, which doesn’t make sense.

We really loved the location and proximity to many good restaurants, grocery/convenience stores, tourist sites and public transportation. We were given a warm welcome by Francisco on our first day and were able to check in immediately upon arrival. We had a slight problem with the locking mechanism on our safe that was solved very quickly by maintenance staff (Danke Anko!). We stayed for 10 nights and were thrilled with our accommodations throughout our stay - highly recommend the Adina apartments for a safe, clean and friendly spot to call home while in Mitte Berlin.

The only thing we felt could be improved was slip proofing the tub/shower. The tub sits relatively high above the floor and can be a little tricky to get in and out of - maybe some new anti-slip decals could help here? All is great with the water pressure and speed of hot water in the bathroom. We also loved the ample counter space and shelving in the bathroom. Kitchen amenities were great too - the refrigerator was a nice size and the utensils included a bottle opener that you need to sample many amazing German beers!

Really great room, everything we needed was there. Fab view of the TV tower from the balcony. Location couldn't be more convenient for getting around Berlin.

Room was too hot for us, so we opened the balcony door a lot - this was very noisy. Kitchen was a bit dusty. Pillows are awful - far too soft to be comfortable. No basics like washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided, despite this being in the interests of the hotel to enable people to clean crockery and cutlery. Staff weren't particularly friendly. I'd prefer the option for towels to be changed and bins emptied every day - no need for a full clean, but these basics should be done more often than every 3 days. A breakfast we didn't order was charged to our account, which was awkward on check out.
