Location is just perfect . You have all means of transportation at your feet. However it is also easy to walk if you like to most famous sites of Berlin Center. Breakfast is an experience with everything a travelerer would want

Although we asked for a double bed two months by the time of booking we never had this option and slept in single beds put together. Most of the times we get an upgrade offer for a small amount of money. Although the room and the whole areas were extremely clean, the carpets in the corridors of the first floor where warn and with stains and gave a wrong impression

I was surprised to find that I had actually booked a suite and not a normal room but not disappointed when we saw the room - lovely. Extremely comfortable. Found also that if you book a suite you have access to the executive board room with coffee and snacks available all day. Big bonus for us. Breakfast was as usual first class. Special mention for Manuela, from the breakfast staff who remembered us and welcomed us back even though it was nearly two years since we had been there. Excellent customer relations.

We were not informed about access to the executive board room when we checked in. It was only in conversation later that we were told about it. We might have stayed the four days and not known about the extra privilege of having booked a suite.

Great location, especially for tram and train and you could walk to a lot of places easily too. Hotel was quiet and we weren’t disturbed by other residents. It was handy to be able to store luggage before and after checkout. We were also fortunate to be given our room early too as it was ready. Didn’t use any facilities so can’t comment on them.

Cleaning staff weren’t particularly friendly and neither was the lady at Reception on arrival although i put this down to language barrier. In contrast the man who dealt with our luggage when we checked out was exceptional.

The hotel's lovation is perfect/ Just by Alexanderplatz, close to all public transportation. The hotel is nice, clean and comfy. The rooms are spacious and inviting, offering all that is needed for 3-4 days. There are no closets to store close but we managed with our luggage and a desk. Breakfast is one of the best i had in a hotel. Lots of various options to choose from, and all was extra fresh, well made. We needed a gluten free option, and the hotel gave us each morning fresh baked buns which was amazing.

We had a problem with the toilet flush. The hotel sent a handyman to fix it, but during the night it stopped working again and we had to change rooms early morning... The problem wasn't fixed prefectly, but the hotel gave a fast and effective solution. After switching rooms, all was prefect.

The hotel is well positioned close to u-bahn and s-bahn stations and within walking distance of lots of shops, restaurants and main tourist sites. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was very good

We have 2 single beds pushed together to make a double but we had 2 single duvets and each of these was barely wide enough to cover a single bed. In fact when you lay under it, it didn't reach the sides. We asked for a double duvet but were told they were fully booked and none were available. Hard to believe a hotel doesn't have a spare duvet. There was a kettle and a coffee machine they only had 1 teabag/pod of each beverage. This was a room for 2 and yet we couldn't both have the same drink

Superb location, 5 minutes from Alexanderplatz. Modern, spacious rooms with high quality coffee machines and exceptional bed linen. Staff were all welcoming and friendly and understanding of our lack of speaking German! Breakfast food is of high quality and with huge choice. Addition of indoor smoking lounge adjacent to bar was most welcomed. Stay was exceptionally good value for money and we will definitely be returning.

The breakfast was excellent with something for everyone and location very central to Berlin city centre . The executive lounge was a fantastic to relax in and have some relaxing time after a day of discovering Berlin .

One morning you could hear the bins being collected and it was very loud , but you can’t really blame the hotel for that . Breakfast can get a bit busy sometimes but in fairness to the staff there is always a plentiful supply of food available .

I booked a suite which was large and well appointed. The living room area was comfortable and allowed great space to spread out and unwind in. There was an additional toilet which I was not expecting and was a nice surprise. The bedroom was large and on the corner with plenty of light. The bed was very comfortable and the individual bedding was soft. The main bathroom was very well appointed with a large shower, bath, double vanity and separated toilet. Overall I was very happy with the suite and would definitely return.

I don't think the hotel could've improved on my stay.

Good location, near all sights and transport. Room was comfortable, bathroom clean and shower was great. Room was quiet even though the hotel was busy. Breakfast was really good , so much selection of eveything. Staff were very friendly and even gave guests an easter egg at the check out desk, which was a nice touch from the hotel staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will visit again.

Comfortable bed, linens and pillows, spotless room was well serviced, slightly compact compared to some but perfectly adequate for a few nights. English TV channels non-existent really. Great central location with easy access to plenty of nearby attractions (within 5-15 min walk) and public transport. Lively big pub and beer garden beside it with live music. Staff was helpful if a little slow at check-in but not terribly so. Breakfast was really fresh with a huge range of choice for continental and adequate for hot food too, very tasty. We would definitely recommend to anyone planning to visit Berlin.
