I stayed in a room with a single bed, which was very comfortable. The windows can be fully opened for good ventilation, and the bedding was not feathers / down, which is great as I am allergic. The shower pressure was good, which is always a notable thing for me! The location of this hotel is really fantastic - it is a 3 minute walk from the nearest M4 tram stop, a 10 minute walk from the M10, a 15 minute walk from the S bahn and a 30 minute walk to Alexanderplatz. The area of Prenzlauerberg is very picturesque and safe, and there are lots of green spaces around.

My only feedback would be - that they have a very clear sign noting that there is a towels policy for reusing towels which I followed (towel on the floor = please change my towel, towel on the rail = I will reuse my towel) but my towels were still changed. My bar of soap which I had only used for one day was also replaced - I ended up popping the 'do not disturb; sign on the door to mitigate any further waste!

The location is great. Few meters from tram stations. The staff were very friendly. Spoke different languages and very helpful. Restaurants are very near to the property and it was great. It was clean and neat. Check-in and Check-out was hassel-free. The staff allowed a late check out when requested. Very much appreciated.

Had a feeling from pictures that the room was little bigger also the bathroom was very small. The room felt little warm on the first day of stay and had little problems to sleep as the climate outside was very warm (30 deg). But the next day i could get a portable fan from the hotel staff and the problem was gone. Breakfast is average.

The room was nice on the first floor with a large bed, TV a large bathroom and a view at the hotel backyard. Rooms and hotel spaces were very clean, the breakfast is really really nice and the plates never empty as the staff keeps bringing things missing. The staff is very polite and willing to cooperate and facilitate you. The wifi has a really good and stable connection suitable for work and telcos. There is a tram station nearby like 2' from the hotel that can take you at the heart of the city and the train station Greifswalder Strasse is like 10' walk from the hotel

Lots of stairs at some places of the hotel, not suitable for people with dissabilites, as not all room are accessible by just using the elevator.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I had a problem with my room being too noisy, but the staff was very nice and promptly moved me to a new room. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel is in a very good location in Pankow, well connected by public transport and close to many parks.

My initial room was on the street side. That street is so trafficked and noisy that, despite earplugs, I couldn't sleep at all during my first night. The property could invest a bit in new windows with a better soundproofing, in my opinion.

The room space, the location, the confort and cleaness. Didn´t try the breakfast though I think it is a little expensive (16€/person).

The only thing to complain is about the noise. The hotel is situated in a main street, very well located, though noisy specialy on Friday and Saturday nights because there are public transports during all night and the tram noise is well noticed. The window frame is good but not enough to isolate.

I slept so comfortably! The bed was larger than expected and the room was very cozy, comfortable and nicely warm - almost didn't want to go out and explore! The reception staff was extremely nice and set a very pleasant atmosphere. The location is also great, right by many lovely eateries and well connected to important tourism spots. I had a window out on to the street but it didn't bother me at all. The hotel also kindly provides ear plugs for those who need them.

It would be nice to have a way to lock the room from the inside, but I didn't feel unsafe. Additionally, the bathroom doesn't heat up quite so well.

The location is great for easily getting around quite a bit of Berlin. There are many excellent bars/restaurants/coffee shops within short walking distance.

There was an extremely strong patchouli smell in the room that did not dissipate even with sleeping with the window open. The noise insulation is also essentially non-existent and I heard someone walking around in the room upstairs at all hours.

The room was super cozy, with a great window view of the street. The elevator was a lifesaver after long days of exploring. Definitely a cool spot to crash in the city!

One downside to my stay was the light coming through the window. The blinds weren't effective, and the layout of the room meant the sunlight hit me directly in the eyes every morning. Normally, light doesn't bother me, but this was a bit too much.

Good location, in around 30 mins you get everywhere around the city. 1 hour and 15 mins from the airport. The room I stayed in was a single and sufficient for one, nice bed and nice to have a small table to work on. Clean room and cleaning service every day that stay out if you don't want to be disturbed. Didn't have breakfast so I can't say about that. Good shower with quick hot water.

Pillow is soft and not comfortable for me. I was on the first floor facing the street and it's very noisy with the window open, ok with the window closed. They provide ear plugs. The main problem for me was the absence of blinds, just fabric curtains that didn't close very well. I had a street lamp outside the window and since we're in summer it's day outside at around 4 am, so of that's a problem for you bring a sleeping mask.
