The hotel resides in a very quiet neighborhood, quite far away from noisy central streets. Despite the distance from the center, it very well connected to all parts of the city by tram and S-Bahn trains stopping just next to the building. The rooms are clean and equipped with air conditioning and enough place to store one's personal belongings. The breakfast is very well prepared, the eggs and the bacon are the best I've had in any place in Germany. The dining room is very nice to sit in and very clean. There is a supermarket and two pharmacies at the base floor of the building which is very convenient. One can find some very nice restaurants at a short distance (10-15 minutes of walk)

There is no safe boxes in the rooms. Instead you can ask for storing your valuable things in a centralized safe section near the reception desk. As for me it is not so convenient, but actually solves the problem. The internet is free of charge but is very weak. Forget of viewing a YouTube video in normal quality or uploading your photo and video content to the cloud. At most you'll be able to read the news and send WhatsApp messages. So equip yourself with other data providing solutions.

The hotel was both comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the location is very convenient—just a short walk from public transportation. What truly makes this hotel special is its staff. From the reception to housekeeping and kitchen personnel, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. (The only exception was the male receptionist on the evening of June 7th—his harsh tone wasn’t very pleasant, but this did not negatively affect our overall experience.) They went above and beyond to assist me in many ways, and did so with genuine warmth. These days, it's relatively easy to find clean and comfortable hotels, but finding one with a team that truly cares about its guests is much rarer. This hotel is definitely one of those rare places. However, I didn’t find the Prenzlauer Berg area very safe late at night. On my last night, around 11:30 PM, I experienced a disturbing incident where a drunk person physically attacked me without any clear reason. He shouted something in German that I didn’t understand before the attack. Although I had a very positive experience at the hotel itself, I personally didn’t feel very safe walking in the surrounding area late at night. This may not reflect the overall nature of the neighborhood, but travelers might want to stay alert after dark.

Cosy rooms, tasty breakfast, very pleasant personnel, close to S-Bahn, everything works nicely. Very pleasant stay all in all 😊

Two relatively small and slow elevators for the number of rooms, so I had to wait quite a bit for the one to come and to take me to the 7th floor 🥲 On the way from hotel to the S-Bahn station, drugged/drunk people are sometimes gathering in front of Rewe (which is something the state should take care of and not the hotel, but still can make the stay a bit unpleasant :/).

The room was comfortable. The bed was very good. The bathroom could have been a little larger but was ok. We slept well as the room was very quiet at night. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The breakfast room was lovely. All members of staff were very friendly, with a special mention to Mehdi on reception who was excellent. The location is just outside the centre but has an easy connection via the tram which is next to the hotel. Secure parking is in a private garage next to the hotel. We paid 28 euros for 3 days which is very good. Overall I was very happy with my choice and would consider using this hotel again.

The bathroom was a little cramped and the lifts were a little slow but that's being really picky.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay! First of all, we greatly appreciated being able to check in early, which gave us extra time to explore Berlin. We also purchased breakfast, and it was delicious! The hotel is conveniently located near both the subway and tram stations, making it easy to reach the city center and the main railway station.

The one thing we missed was a fridge. If we had stayed during the summer, not having a mini-fridge would have been more difficult, but since we were there at the end of September, it wasn’t a big issue.

The breakfast was extensive. How many types of yoghurt, cold cuts, bread, cheese, pickled herring, cakes, pastries and muesli does a person need? A bit overwhelming, and I couldn't do it justice, although other people were going for it. Since the hotel is not located in a residential area, there are no little cafes nearby where you can pop out for breakfast. The only other option is Burger King across the road. If you have standards, pay for the in-house option. The room was huge. I've lived in smaller spaces (London, Tokyo). Everything worked. A very efficient set up, with a desk, a lounge chair by the window, shelves and cupboards, and a huge bath with very hot water. I would've liked a mini-fridge and a kettle, but maybe that's not standard for German hotels. For British travellers, comparable to Premier Inn, but with funkier decor (orange, not purple) and a much better breakfast.

The hotel was recommended by a friend and I didn't have any notion of the neighbourhood. It's right by the S-bahn station and a supermarket, but otherwise, there's nothing much around, just the intersection of two massive roads (nb the double glazing blocks out the traffic noise very effectively). Convenient, but not somewhere you'd want to spend any time. Local dining options are extremely limited. However, commuting into more central and/or interesting places is cheap, easy and efficient.

The hotel is well located near U-bahn station not far away from the city center. It has its sister-hotel in front with facnier outlook and a nice bar on the rooftop with a view. However this one is quite comfortable and good. We've got everything that we needed for the stay: enough space in the room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good and with a wide choise of tasty food.

The hotel is a bit modest and its sister in front looks way better. If you want to spend your time in a good rest/bar - go there. There's nothing to do in the surroundings, but it is not the point to stay there.

We had an amazing stay and were impressed by the overall experience. The location of the hotel is perfect—right next to the S-Bahn and tram stops, making it incredibly easy to explore Berlin. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast selection was also fantastic. One of the best surprises was discovering that we could use the sauna at their sister hotel just across the street. That made our stay even more enjoyable, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring.

Reasonable price compared to a lot of other apartments and hotels I looked at, for the price it was better than I expected in terms of comfort and the general feel. Not too loud, comfortable beds and clean. Didn’t have breakfast but nice seating area is available for coffee in the lobby which we did use. Staff were available 24hrs very helpful and friendly!

Location is not perfect it’s about bit of a walk/S Bahn ride to nice restaurants/bars so you can’t just stroll out and find something good to eat or drink within minutes in the morning/evening but it is very close to an S Bahn stop which definitely helps 🙂

Nice clean hotel with great staff. the rooms are simple but clean with comfortable beds. Free parking was available opposite the hotel. The coffee shop is really useful. You can buy tickets for the trams at the hotel as well. Thye hotel is right on the edge of the Low Emission zone, so you don't need a permit to get to it. The tram station is next to the hotel, and gives quick access to the city.

Nothing really.
