Thanks for the great stay! Great price performance ratio, clean rooms, everyday new bed sheets, great parking right next to the hotel. Great room view, great kitchenette in the studio room. The Latin American guy at the reception was very helpful and kind, the German girls there not! 😅 I stayed for a month, so I experienced a lot. The connection with BVG is not that good as in other parts of Berlin, you only have 16 and M13 Straßenbahn, or M5 and M6 but they are 400m from the hotel. No subway or S-Bahn near by. For the price I would stay again and again! 🙏👌💯

The hotel is full of young sportsmen, Boys and girls, 13-18 they are loud, hallways are sometimes loud in the early morning or nights, the doors don't isolate sounds from hallways. The moment these teams check in, with tens of young disoriented people, it's impossible to get an elevator to your floor since there are only two of them, and the rooms are very high, 10+ floors.

there’s no laundry in the hotel and the toilets were super stained and looked very dirty even if they weren’t, also they say that you can put the 2 beds together but are not functional, they get separated at night

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is convenient. The room was very good, spacious and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and a work-friendly setup with chairs and a desk. The on-site restaurant offers a great breakfast, and there's also a small shop in the hotel where you can buy drinks and snacks. Everything was spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

I was disappointed when I requested a spoon at the reception for my delivered meal, but the staff couldn't provide one. It was surprising, given that the hotel has a restaurant. I ended up having to go out and find one at nearby stores, which was quite inconvenient.

If you stay in East Berlin the hotel is a good choice with good value for money. Breakfast + Tram to centre of Berlin is nearby and 20-30min journey.

The downside of the hotel - it's large size. It is popular with Bus travel agencies and sports teams. Thus when their large companies check-in/check-out expect delays at the reception with little attention to your needs. We stayed at the top floor and during our stay one out of two elevators was out of order most of the time. Meaning quite a bit of a waiting for elevator to arrive and then stop literally at every floor while descending. Rooms having twin beds only, no double beds available.

We paid for a 3 adults room. In the description, it was written 3 beds longer than 2 meters and also on the hotel photo, it was 3 normal adult beds. But we got 2 adult beds and one bed (for kid maybe), rhe last one was less than 2 meters long and really less confortable. The mattress was twice thiner as the other. My friend slept with his feet out of the bed, imagine... The staff said it's normal like that and they can't change it. See photo We would recommand to the hotel to change the description, to be transparent A partial refund would be appreciated for this inconvenience. Location is a bit far but there are some public transport within 7 min walk

The location was quite good to reach the city center. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was good but not excellent. Lack of sweets and cakes. Clean but notbthat much. We were able to leave luggages before check in and after check out.

No kettle,no mini fridge,no bottles of water,no welcome kit,tv with no english channel Had booked 2 rooms and they assigned us in 2 different buildings. At the day of the check out the house keeping entered the room at 9am to clean it, but my kids were still sleeping. And check out time was 12.

The room was clean, spacious and had a lot of natural light during the day. The breakfast was delicious abd there was variety of food, from savory to sweet. Coffee was surprisingly good!

It was way way too warm and made it difficult to sleep at night. We spoke to the reception and they explained it was not possible to manually change temperature inside the room. We could not keep the windows opened because it was snowing all the time. The personal at breakfast was a bit rude, not really willing to give you any kind of info.the tags on the food were only in German and there was no allergens indication, which makes things complicated for people with food allergies. It's a bit far from the city center, but well connected by public transportation.

The hotel has a restaurant a 24/7 shop a gym and overall anything u can need in one place i was very happy with my room and its close to a train transport

The room was cleaned everyday around the morning so if u wanna wake up a bit late u will hear constant tries to get in the room one day my room wasn’t cleaned because I didn’t leave in the morning furthermore the sheets weren’t changed at all in my opinion they just folded them i could still see stains that happened in my first night weren’t changed

Very nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Next to a tram stop which takes you directly into Berlin central (Alexanderplatz) in about 20 mins. Rooms are comfortable, clean and wifi is excellent. The onsite restaurant, whilst not cheap, is stylish and the food and service is excellent. In my opinion worth the money. I had 2 courses which was around 30 euro and a very good bottle of Riesling for 35 euro (there were cheaper wines). Picture is view from my room.

No coffee making facilities in the room. The second lift to my floor was out of order for 3 days and at busy times it took a while to get to and from my room. I had to have the heating on full the whole time I was in the room and it still felt slightly cold but lets not forget that this is Berlin in December.

The breakfast was ok, what you would expect from a larger hotel. It was clean and with good parking space which is a must if you arrive by cer to Berlin. Quick service. Altough the hotel is located some way from the city centre there are excellent communications with the tram system, several lines stop 200 meters from the hotel. There are also areas nearby where you can have a run without crossing too many streets.

One of the main reasons for chosing this hotel was that it is presented as suitable for people who want to train and that they have a gym. However, the gym was disappointing. Old machines whereof at least two were broken. The machines did also not cover all muscle groups. There are no free weights and only one rather worn yoga mat. A large part of the gym was occupied by a broken table tennis table.
