Great location only 1 min from Ostkreuz station, direct train from airport. Lots of restaurants nearby or an Aldi if you are cooking for yourself.

No air conditioning - or at least no air conditioning controls in the room I could find.

The community is based on a nice area close to the town center and very convenient as it has a lot of transportation means available and it is only two minutes away from a train station! It is beautifully located by the river where I enjoyed long walks in the mornings and evenings. There are three big retail shops that you can find anything you need around you and finally this is a peaceful neighbourhood that it is not dangerous at all to walk around even late at night! I recommend this community for staying 100%

I believe they could do a bit more with the cleaning if the room but this is minor to what they offer even within the room!

5-7 minute walk to the train station and a 20 minute train ride to the centre of the city. 10 minute walk to the Kaufland grocery store or 1 minute to the corner store. Friendly, helpful staff. 5 Euros for as many laundry washes and drying for your entire stay! For Aussie travellers, there was a coffee pod machine but no milk. No face washers or shower caps. No shampoo and conditioner but a body wash they said to use for both. No clothesline in the bathroom. Had a heated towel rail, a microwave and plates etc. Great that you can watch You Tube on the LG Smart TV and search for movies in English. I would stay here again.

I would have liked a shelf in the bathroom so I could sit my toiletries somewhere.

What a fabulous stay. I felt right at home in a great part of the city with easy access to public transport, shops, bars/restaurants. There's also a fabulous running path along the river nearby, too! Also, a special shout-out to Colin at the front desk for being super kind and helpful. I've stayed in a lot of properties around the world; his professionalism balanced with genuine friendliness was noteworthy. It spoke volumes about the management and care of this property. I will definitely stay again next time I'm in Berlin, and highly recommend to anyone visiting too. Thanks!!

Very nice and comfortable hotel! We stopped for one night on a long car journey but the rooms are like mini apartments so should be very comfortable also for a longer stays. The room is quite large and has everything incl. kitchenette with all the accessories. We had a room with a courtyard view and it was very peaceful and quiet. The welcome water and a Nescafé set are a nice touch too. The location is also good for exploring the city and is just outside the Umwelt zone so you do not need an environmental sticker for a car to drive her. We found the parking spot in the street right in front of the hotel and it was free to park, but there is also a parking garage nearby.

No complaints, all was perfect.

Very good, the receptionist was fantastic the decor was really nice, everything was clean and new in the building and room. It has a really well equipped kitchen and there's a Kaufland supermarket 4 minutes away and the train station with Sbahn all over the city and directly to the airport. The bed was comfy. And the price was good.

It was 33c the First night so had to sleep with the window open and I was on the train track side. Toiletries supplied but there were two identical bottles in the shower with two identical liquids so I may have showered with shampoo. I'll never know.... Bear in mind that it's location is good because it's close to the station

Habyt is in a great location, being only a short walk from Ostkreuz station, which can get you into central Berlin, along with being a station on the Flughafen Express Route. The bed is a good size, and was comfortable even for someone around 2 metres tall like myself. Power points are provided on both sides of the bed. The Bathroom was one of the larger I have seen that is designed as more of a wet room. The Kitchen was a good addition that allowed us to cheaply eat in when we didn't feel like going out into town. The staff were also very helpful during our stay and happily stored our cases in a secure room until we were able to check in, and also held them for us when we checked out as we had an evening flight that day.

There is not really a huge amount of shops and restaurants in the local area and you are probably always going to be travelling elsewhere to eat out. Also, there is a hob and microwave in the room, along with a dishwasher and dishwasher tablets, but there is no conventional oven which does reduce the amount of things you can prepare in this area. The modern style of the building may not be to everyones taste with the bare concrete walls and ceilings throughout.

I went with a friend for a rave weekend and the location of this hotel is top for this purpose: 15 minutes walking to clubs OST and Void, and around 10-15eur worth uber trips to KitKat, RSO, Berghain. Facilities are great too: it has little kitchen with a hob, oven/micro, fridge (with freezer!), kettle and coffee maker. Aldi and Lidl are in walking proximity, also there is a small (but super overpriced) shop with basic items on a corner. it was pretty cold weather outside, but nice and warm inside the room even with open windows for fresh air. Of course, due to location it was noisy from the road and train station but what else can you expect? With closed windows you cannot hear the outside noise and heavy (not blackout, but still pretty covering) curtains do help when you sleep during the day to party at night :)

Nothing, everything was great

Location was very good —it was lovely to be near the river, especially for New Year’s Eve firework displays, and the hotel was near to our friends who live here. It was also quite near to a train station, which meant we could easily visit galleries, museums, and historical sites etc. There wasn’t a restaurant that served breakfast inside the hotel /apartments themselves, but there was a coffee shop next door linked to the hotel. The price for a simple cold breakfast was too much, however. The rooms were very good value: clean, well equipped, well sound-proofed, and tastefully decorated. There was a lovely, very spacious area downstairs where guests can meet friends to talk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well run.

It would have been nice if there was a simple bar in the communal area downstairs, but we understood you can bring your own drinks.

Located on the lakeshore, we were accommodated on the 5th floor, wonderful view over the lake. Spacious rooms, very clean, large beds with comfortable mattresses, plenty of storage space, spacious bathroom with good pressure and hot water at all time. 200 meters from the train station. Friendly staff, the Check in/Check out went very smoothly. We had a bottle of water waiting in the room upon arrival, coffee pads for the coffee machine. The room is equipped with everything you may need for your stay, very handy kitchenette and kitchenware. Good wi-fi
