Very well located apartments in Berlin, with several rooms and at least one common area per apartment. Comfortable large beds and clean sheets and towels plus toiletries provided

Cleaning service was still inside the apartment when we arrived even though it was already 16h00 (check in time) and took extra time to finish cleaning, so we could not start using the apartment immediatly - though we did get a discount for this which was much appreciated. Having one bathroom with 2 rolls of toilet paper for the number of rooms and days is insufficient, we had to buy our own.

As the apt is located in a courtyard after entering in the building and you cannot just guess this, it would be very useful when sending the directions to the clients to mention these details: enter into the building, go straight through, towards the lift and....exit the building into the courtyard, then walk straight to enter the rear building. The room is situated on the right, on the ground floor. And....a little bit of maintenance or repair to the code access system will help, too. We had to try several times to succeed opening the door.

Stylish appartments, in a style of Numa. Good location for people who wants nightlife in Berlin. Staff was super friendly, automatic check in, check out, chatbot - simply the blessing.

- Unbearable smell in the corridor all evening, i think it was because of some kind of kitchen on the ground floor. And corridor was very dirty. - sofa bad is noisy and not comfortable. - restroom door did not have a lock. - bedroom did not have a door. Overall, we stayed at Numa in Italy, and we thought Berlin Numa would have been the same fabulous experience, but it was absolutely not.

Nice to have the Extra space in the apartment. Great location close to public transport, attractions, grocery store, etc.

It was a little hard to find. There are two entrances to numa Kater. Which one you use depends on room number so pay attention. We had to walk through the first building, through a courtyard to the next to find our door - very confusing. Need better signage. Breakfast is at the hostel down the street. Good breakfast but location not in instructions. We wouldn’t have known without calling staff.

Good apartments. Clean and spacious. The position is good, in East Berlin, really close to the Wall and to the metro station. The self check-in is very convenient and the staff is well suited to respond to your questions via Whatsapp

The bathroom was very small, especially the sink, but manageable. The kitchen forniture was not suited for the number of booked persons. But the staff can provide additional kitchenware if requested.

Great location to transport and the office and shopping mall for food. Amenities in room were great. Kitchen option was super helpful. I had to go on business trip with my child and cot with high chair was provided. Thanks! Room not super child friendly but we managed. Internet connection was good, specially as i needed to work. Some food options available which were good.

A cubicle shower. Very small to get in and out. I am 55kg and 165cm. So fits me but beware if you're bigger and taller. Not enough toilet paper for a 4 day stay. Bed was very soft and sleeping room wwas quite small but didn't bother us as we were out. Missing sime curtains in kitchen, could be seen from backyard when people walk by

Lovely flat and close to a big train station that can take you where you want.

There are three doors that need the PIN to get through: the external one to get into the building, an intermediate one and the last to get into the flat. The intermediate one did not work and I needed the assistant to get in. Twice. The second time I was on a clock and I nearly missed my private coach. This issue needs to be addressed. This could be a reason to prefer hotels vs apartments.

Really enjoyed the apartment with a separate bedroom, big kitchen and small distance to the U1. the apartment has everything you need and it was relatively quiet for the very central location. Also a big plus was the washingmachine and work desk. wifi was fast and the Korean restaurant right outside the main door was awesome.

The apartment was in the back house, which makes it quiet but also a bit dark. all windows face another house facade.

1. The apartment was really big. 2. Well equipped. 3. I did appreciate coffee capsules for the whole stay. 4. Great location, specially if you go to a concert in Uber Arena.

1. The smell was overwhelming. There is a korean restaurant in the building and in the afternoon and at night the smell was impossible to bear with windows open. Closing them did not help much either. 2. There are no inside doors between bedroom and the rest of the apartment.

Very well designed service: online check in, clear info, extra info about the area, an invoice at the end with an option to edit data. The flat is on Warsachauer Str. which in itself is not so pretty but it’s very close to Kreuzberg. The interior is modern and very comfy. We really appreciated water and little snacks in the kitchen. In the bathroom there are very nice beauty products and also the hairdryer.

It was a surprise that there are no doors to the bedroom. Our friend slept in the living room and it felt a bit we don’t have intimacy. But it wasn’t that bad as we know each other really well 😊
