I usually try to book hostel rooms only for women so I was a bit worried this time around. Luckily there were a lot of women staying, attending the same concert and we were coincidently roomed together. The beds were comfy, the window was big. The location was good; the Uber eats Arena and tram stop "Warschauer Straße" was a 10 minute walk away. The reception has comfy sofas to chill in and charge your phone, even if you're already checked out. I appreciated being able to stay for a bit because I needed to urgently book concert tickets.

I was sceptic of the bathroom and its cleanliness.

The location is in a vibrant part of town very close to the Warschauer straße S and U stations. I had booked a single room and was impressed by the size of the room. The room had ample light with nearly floor-to-ceiling windows. The single bed was quite comfortable. There was a neat private bathroom as well. The overall vibe in the hostel was also cool. While they offer breakfast for a fee, I have not used this option.

The only minor issue for me was that since the windows were overlooking the courtyard, some guests were quite loud even late at night. Another minor suggestion would be that the towels seemed to be already quite worn out so it'd be nice to update them.

This was my second time coming to this hostel. Not much has changed in 3 years I must say. :) Staff is super kind and helpfull, all the facilities still amazing and functioning. Location is amazing even though we just went to Arena for the concert, but due to where it is you have easy access to other parts of Berlin within 500m.

The bed mattresses should be updated, they were super uncomfy. Same for the pillows. One bigger thing, you should definitely consider adding numbers to the beds. Because even though we had our stuff on our beds when we got to the room and before we left to go for lunch, once we were back someone else removed all our stuff in order to take one of our beds, and it was the last person that came into the room. We did solve the issue between us, but this could be prevented if each bed had it's number.

Great location, short walking distance to S- and U-Bahn and bus as well as shops (local shops, East Side Mall) and concert venues (Mercedes-Benz-Arena, Verti Music Hall). Very nice room, quite spacious.

It was quite loud during the night and early morning. There weren't enough power sockets, the window was a bit hard to close for a small person like me and the floor besides the bed was a little dusty.

- Convenient location (close to the Berlin Wall, Kreuzberg, and transport). - Clean inside, in the rooms and bathrooms. - Spacious in common areas and rooms. - Attractive price when ordering in advance. - Nice view from the window. - Close to shops and food establishments, of which there are many around.

- The administrator "didn't find" the reservation from Booking and demanded to pay 146 euros on the spot, in addition to the 25 that I paid when ordering online in advance. I had to show him everything—both the reservation on Booking and the bank payment—so that he could "find" the reservation on his computer. But if it were my mother, and not me, who doesn't speak English, then because of such a worker, she would have to go spend the night at the station or pay twice and the price x7!! Doubtful practice. And it is not proper whether this is a central directive or an initiative of an individual. - Cramped toilets in all respects. - An additional hidden fee of 2 euros (for bed linen) is requested upon arrival.

I had been to this hostel before. This time was my favourite because there were only 2 other women in my room (I was in a female only 6 beds dorm) and the hostel was rather empty in general. I really apreciated the quietness. Mellow music in the lobby was really nice as well. It was super clean everywhere.

Very few cups and cuttlery in the kitchen. Good thing I had brought my own just in case. I had to use it. There is a lot of noise and light from the street, but as I already knew it I was ready with my earplugs and eyecover, so it was not an issue.

The hotel is super chill and well located, near a major station. The staff is friendly, there is a terrace and and big hall. The rooms are nice, big enough for the single room. It's clean, the bed are quiet confy (except pillows). There is also affordable drinks and snacks. This is my favourite hotel in Berlin at this price, it's basic but there is everything you'd need.

It's noisy at the morning because cars and vans park in the patio and keep teir engines turned on. And there is a garbage sorting center as neighboor which works 7/7 and early morning. If wifi is important for you, it's very slow when the hotel is full.

Great quiet hostel, metro station nearby, close to attractions. Once there was a party in the hostel yard, it ended as promised at 10 pm. We are a family with two children and rarely stay in hostels, but we were very happy with everything. We booked a separate room, it had 4 beds, there were three of us. I was worried that there would be a stranger with us. But no, the whole room was ours.

Terrible pillows, as everywhere in Germany. It's just a bag with some soft balls in it.

Great location next to various restaurants and bars, train and bus stops, and the East Side Gallery. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, spacious kitchen and a cozy backyard. Inside our dorm room there was a sink and lockers that fit our large backpacks. Great atmosphere in the backyard and lobby where people hung out and could play pool, and in our experience the staff, as well as other guests, were very friendly. We could check out at 5 am without any problems as they had 24h reception.

The room got very stuffy and hot at night, and opening the windows wasn't a good option because of the amount of noise from traffic and people out late at night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here this week, perfect location for a city break with excellent transport links right on the doorstep. Local shopping mall, restaurants along with lots of information available at reception on things to do across the city. Staff were always super helpful, the housekeepers came in every day and we were very impressed with our en-suite room... which we weren't expecting from a destination billed as a hostel. Great outdoor courtyard area, pool table available in reception along with sofas to chill out at and tables to sit at and have a drink from the bar. A fantastic place to stay the we will return to... well done to all the staff!!
