Conveniently situated in a disused car park next to ALDI and the S Bahn. The dim lighting gave it is a sense of mystery rather than foreboding. Upon entry, there is a glorious pool with mosaic tiles and water features. Very Roman. To add a modern twist, there are gazebos on the lawn and a very 'Tate Modern' installation of some industrial kitchen equipment. The reception was welcoming, an aura of international grandeur was created with marble and gilding. The staff were very good. Being a typical English traveller, I failed in my attempts to retrieve a beer from the vending machine and was gifted one from the kind person on the desk. He could see I was dehydrated, clearly. The aroma of marajuana and tobacco enticed me up the stairs to my room, with a soundtrack of international pop music. I was very happy to see a sprawling sleeping landscape of a bed and a shiny, easily cleaned, leather chaise longue conveniently placed right next to it. Helpfully, there was 3 mugs available for morning refreshments which could be could drunk from the bed where you could fit at least 3 sleeping pals! For me though, the jewel in the crown was the 'viewing window' from the toilet and shower. A large, almost floor to ceiling window - right next to the toilet - with a very tasteful blind that you could roll up to have full view of the bed - and vice versa! What a treat! If you were travelling with a friend, you could watch them defecate from the comfort of your bed. I left quickly after an early morning call and slight shake received from the morning trains. So, I cannot review the breakfast but I did see a lot of hard boiled eggs and Cornflakes on my way out. They looked good.

Artwork over the bed - the Herons didn't look like proper Herons. Enormous fridge. Full of promises but when opened, those promises were nothing but lies. Only water in the fridge. Netflix was in Spanish. As an English person, I feel that having windows that can open in a hotel is fraught with danger. Fortunately I always carry a travel towel, so I can not empathise with all of the other towel-less reviewers but I do have to agree with them - the towels were definitely hidden very well. I thought they were in the fridge, but as previously mentioned, found only disappointment in there.

I liked how the staff were very kind and supportive for any inquiry . The location of the hotel was well appreciated too.

For sure, I didn't dislike anything, however I would like to suggest a permanent tax car which belongs to the hotel for assisting the persons in their transportation in case and not to relay on outside means of transportation

This is a very good facility for the price. It is a little way outside the city centre but is very close to Springfuhl S-Bahn and tram stations.

The few teabags in the room were never replaced and a few sachets of coffee and whitener would also have been appreciated.

friendly and attentive staff. Had a problem with heating in the room. Staff immediately assisted with issue and changed room per need. Location is near to subway and not far away from city center. There are two big markets nearby. Property is on the calm area, and is place great to stay. After shower water stuck in bathroom but not big deal. We enjoyed stayed time.

Excellent staff Can, John and Nur. I feel as if I am part of their family 🥰. Easy going and enjoy talking when I am back in the Hotel. Good place for those who are travelling to Berlin during Winter, the floor heating was excellent for cold weather.

The hotel is 7 min away from the S-Bahn and in 20 min it’s possible to be in the center. There are warm floor in the room. Everything is clean and comfortable. There is Edeka 3 min away from the hotel and Lidl close by. Very friendly staff.

It was worth the money. Friendly staff and always willing to help the guests. I will recommend. And it is close to transportation and supermarket.

Very good! hotel is still under constructions but we didn´t have any problem with that. The room was really big, service awesome and I´m prety sure that relation quality-price is quite good for Berlin. We had low expectations due to the customer reviews but we are really happy with everything.

Bit far from center but you already know it before reservation and it´s very good connected with city center.

I checked in on Monday, towels and bin only got replaced on Friday. Could not get the shower to run hot water.

Responsive personnel, quiet location, affordable value for money.

Bathroom needs a mop so guest can wipe a floor after showering.
