The hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to the tram stop, easy to reach the center of Berlin by public transport. We got a free parking space in the hotel yard. The staff is very nice and friendly. The room is quite spacious, large bathroom.

In daylight you can definitely see that the carpet in the room is stained and the curtain is dirty. Other than these things, the room is really clean. Also, the decision to keep the hairdryer in the closet is strange. Since we were staying for a short time, I didn't check the closet. In the morning I wanted to dry my hair, but there was no hairdryer in the bathroom. When I went to the reception, they said they didn't have one. Later, my boyfriend just found the hairdryer in the closet in the room.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location was perfect, on the outskirts of Berlin so easy to reach by car, but also close to public transport (both tram and S-bahn). I was even allowed to park my car on the hotel property instead of in the street. The only downside of the tram close by was of course the noise of the tram. The staff was very friendly. I read some negative comments about the breakfast, but we had nothing to complain. There were warm fresh bread rolls in the morning, and the person responsible for the breakfast took her task of getting everything in order very serious. After noticing the first morning that my husband preferred tea over coffee, she made sure the tea was ready as soon as she saw us.

The only slightly negative is the noice of the tram. But earplugs helped :-)

Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds, clean and cozy. Toiletries provided (though this is not mentioned). We asked for a cot and received with the pillow and blanket and even with the towel which was very nice! The breakfast is not bad although not exceptional - a bit poor though you can stuff yourself (we were missing sausages, sweet pastry, black and green tea - a room for improvement). The location is actually not bad at all - in a calm and nice suburbs, with a great and fast connection to the centre.

We were missing little fridge and kettle in the room.

Everything was like what I expected. The reception gave me a water boiler when I need some hot water for drinking, which is appreciable. The rooms and beds were clean. You can easily get to the city center by train and tram. The stuff were friendly and supportive. It is recommended to put a mini-fridge in the rooms, instead of TV set.

The floor of the bathroom could be cleaner. The breakfast was not included and a bit expensive to add to the package.

There was a mix up our first night, only 1 set of bedding. But it was rectified the next day right away, with apologies, & it was ok. The entire place is wonderfully setup for handicapped guests.

2 minus points: having 1 side of the double bed attached to the wall & inaccessible was difficult to manage. And, it was not clear beforehand that breakfast was €12 pp/pd. Had we known, we would have opted out. But, it was a nice & tasty variety, & won't stop us from staying there in the future.

The hotel is in a rather quiet and chill spot of the city which can be really nice when you come back from the Centre of the city or had an exhausting day and just want some peace and quiet. It’s rather close to Public transportation, a tram practically right in front and a S-Bahn station nearby, as well as several restaurants and convenience stores. The room itself was spacious and clean, especially considering the price for a hotel in Berlin. The hotel is very cozy because of its small size compared to many commercial hotels. The receptionist was very kind, as was the hotel overall. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Berlin the next time!

The receptionist was extremely flexible with the arrival. Our flight was delayed and we could not make it until 8pm, so she waited for us until 10pm.

The fact that the receptionist did not speak any English, just German and hang off the phone immediately without any word when I started speaking English was quite rude. Luckily, my B1 level German could be activated. Visit only if you speak German, otherwise you will have problems. Further, it would be great if a small fridge could be in the rooms. The wifi password was not shared anywhere.

Great value for money, simple clean room with accessible bathroom (standard for each room in this hotel). Ideal location for us as we were moving out of our flat and needed to be nearby.

Room overlooking the road that has a tram line on it, so we could not open the window otherwise the noise of the traffic would be heard.

A great value for the money, Hotel Mit-Mensch is unpretentious, but checks all the right boxes with its fantastic quiet and green location, clean rooms, excellent friendly service and overall pleasant vibe. But please don't let the secret out. :-)

Nothing, really. Okay, I suppose the matrasses could be a bit firmer and the pillow a bit fluffier. :-)

Great to see a hotel that was entirely accessible. The room was spacious and dog friendly (for a fee). It was a 10 minute walk to the metro and then about 20 minutes into the centre of Berlin. The hotel was quiet. We didn't try the restaurant but there were plenty of options nearby.

There is free parking on the streets if you pay attention to the signs and you might need to go a street or two away to find it. Couldn't use a Chromecast with their WiFi settings.
