The rooms are large and well appointed. There is a restaurant, a small bar and an outdoor sitting area where you can enjoy a meal and a drink in good weather.

Very minimal supply of tea bags, milk and sugar in the room, if you prefer tea over coffee. The vending machine has disappeared along with the fresh fruit bowl at breakfast. I think the hotel has not benefitted from a change in management. There was a Messe on in town during the time I stayed and the room was close to A$200 per night for some nights. I will be more selective next time I am in Berlin and only select this hotel if it is price competitive.

Comfortable, clean property close to the Berliner Ring Autobahn, useful for a quick sleepover while on the road. Very friendly and competent staff. Good fresh breakfast. Spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. A welcome set in the rooms with mineral water, tea, coffee and a kettle - these always work for a nice welcome.

On a Friday night when I was there, there was an extremely noisy party in the club downstairs. I didn't pay too much attention to it at first, but when trying to fall asleep I realized that I should have asked for another room immediately. I didn't and haven't has as deep of a sleep as I wished for. Will be more vigilant next time.

Accomodation was excellent - nice spacious comfportable and clean room and good bathroom we ate in the hotel and the choice and cost was ok 20 minutes to the airport on a reasonably straight road Parked outside

staff on sunday night told us we had paid and were entiteld to breakfast staff on monday morning insisted that we hadnt paid so eventually paid although not sure booking.com havent already charged me went to breakfast, checked in with the maitre de and part way through getting some food was told by receptionist that we werent entitled to breakfast - eat what we had and get nothing else - we couldnt even get a drink and it wasnt our fault that we were misled No casr park - we had to park on the street

We did not have breakfast. Excellent location. We easily reached the hotel from the airport by metro and bus. Very clean, quiet area. We had 2 rooms, one overlooking the garden and one facing the road. We didn't hear any noise from the cars passing on the highway. Very clean location, bathroom + room. The reception staff was very professional. They spoke nicely and politely. We arrived late from the airport around 10:30 PM. The receptionist quickly checked us in. I highly recommend it. My family liked it there, they wanted to stay another night. ;) Parking spaces are available near the hotel on the street and are free.

We were supposed to have one mattress, but it turned out we had two, and they were of poor quality. They were old spring mattresses that were coming out and were pinching. The pillows were a bigger threat. Yes, they seemed comfortable and good quality, but they turned out to be made of feathers! My partner is allergic to feathers, as is a large part of society, which is why hotels use anti-allergic pillows and duvets. This hotel didn't think about them.

Everything was great. It is in a peaceful neighbourhood. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Everything is went super smoothly.

Proximity to airport. But not that bad either. We had an early start, so we needed to take a taxi to get to the airport. But even that was great and the staff helped organise our departure. Great experience.

Restaurtant was shut on Saturday evening .. nothing nearby .. not even a long walk .. So a long Uber ride .. to nearest restaurnat 3 miles distant Really? If you're going to build a hotel next to an autobahn .. in a residential area .. with no restaurants / cafes nearby .. and guests don't have a car .. how are they going to eat if you shut the wretched restaurant on the busiest night of the week .. Unbelievable !!

I had a great stay with the room, facilities, cleanliness all being excellent. The staff was very friendly and competent. Good price. Breakfast was very good too for the price. Sometimes it was a little full, but I always managed to get a free parking spot outside. I highly recommend this as a hotel in the area or close to the airport and would definitely stay there again.

Window blinds let a little too much sun through for my liking, but it wasn't that bad in comparison to other places I stayed. Hotel is relatively close to flight path, so some plane noise when window open but that is pretty obvious when you look at the map. Great for plane spotting though.

The room was very clean and well presented. The towels in the bathroom were the softest I had ever used. Smooth checkin staff friendly.

We had dinner at the restaurant and the club sandwich was ordered by my friend and the chicken was very undercooked to the point it was quite raw and therefore she could not eat it. We did raise this with the restaurant staff but nothing was said only they would advise the Chef. The other meal ordered was very nice.
