Clean, spacious and good location

Drop off of keys was poorly explained, and took some time and phone calls to work out. Can be easily solved by explaining the drop off point is inside the reception office, which you can open with the same key as the apartment

-Good location, friendly atmosphere, nice shopping street (Wilmersdorfer Strasse) quite near, where you can get all you want. Also very near to several metro stations like Wilmersdorf/ Charlottenburg and deutsche Oper. In this way the main railwaystation could be reached very easily too, which was very convenient to me as a train traveller -The appartment was very clean and spacious. As a person who is allergic to dust, I was very happy that there were no carpets. -The interior was to my taste, well maintained in bright colours, which gave the appartment a modern look. -I was very positively suprised that the kitchen had a dishwasher. This was not in the description, but it was a big plus for me -There are a lot of other facilities that made me enjoy the stay, like Nespresso coffeemachine, breadtoaster, enough equipment (pots, pans, glasses, etc) and all very clean. The shower was great as well. -Although I have not much against a contactless system, as long as the way of communication is clear, the fact there is yet a staff in the office daily from 10 am - 2pm feels like a good thing. In this way I got immediate assistance and answers to my questions, live and by a real human. -There were no cleaning staff during the week. For me that's an ideal situation. Everything better than cleaning ladies knocking loudly on your door at 9 am in the morning. The most important cleaning I can do myself and I like my privacy.

Not a lot But if I have to mention some things: -There were no instructions for the safe in the room. But according to the friendly staff in the office, that was because the safe was quite new and they still had to find out themselves how it exactly worked. I suppose that next time I'll visit this appartment the problems will be solved and everything is clear. - The option of using a washing machine in a washing room next to the office isn't explicitly mentioned in the description. I found this option via a review of a former client, and when I asked, this was confirmed by the staff in the office, and so I happily used the washing machine a day before my departure.

I have stayed here before. Excellent, with very pleasant staff.

A few more items for cooking and food preparation would be appreciated.

The property is close to the subway station and the railway station (Charlottenburg). We reached the station directly from airport. Since we visited the Deutsche Opera we benefited from proximity to this. We could walk to Zoo one morning. There is nice large pedestrian street very close to the studio. The studio itself was clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything needed (no wine opener though). The bathroom was tiny but we could manage.

There was a little problem to get a key from digital key box. They sent 5-digit code but it seemed that the box only assumed 4 digits. Fortunately somebody from office came to help us. When you leave, the instructions tell you to drop the key to letter box. We tried to find one, but did not succeed. We drop it again to digital box even it was not allowed.

This was a surprise. A very large room with large bed and table and chairs, balcony, separate fully equiped kitchen and separate fine bathroom. A mini apartment in fact. I was in Berlin for the opera, and it was just 2 blocks to the Deutsche Oper. The unit comes well equiped with extra towels etc - uselful as they don't sevice in a week. So you need to think you are living in your own unit, and be sensible about cleaning any dishes etc. But for the price, a small effort to make.

I had a messed up arrival process, but once that was sorted, all went smoothly.

The location is excellent, very quiet at night even though it's super close to the city center. We felt very safe even at night, and there is a big shopping center right around the corner with tons of options for grocery stores, pharmacies, ... really anything you might need. S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are very close by. And the farmer's market on Wednesdays and Saturdays right outside the door is a great bonus to get some fresh fruits, vegetables and baked goods. Getting the keys was super easy. I'd definitely stay here again.

The rooms were big but very sparsely furnished. There was hardly any counter space in the bathroom, and the shower was tiny.

The hotel let me checkin early. The location is great. There’s a small square with a nice church in front of the apartment, and a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Nearby, there are shopping streets, grocery stores, and, most importantly, the metro and train stations are just a 5-minute walk away. It takes about 20 minutes by public transport to reach the city center. I stayed in October, so I didn’t need air conditioning. The heating and hot water worked perfectly. The place was quite clean, and the reception girl was very friendly. The hotel refunded my deposit within one day.

I liked everything, but the only thing that bothered me was that the apartment was on the 1st floor, very close to the ground, so at first, I didn’t feel very safe as a solo traveler. But overall, it was safe.

Good size, close to Deutsche Oper .Close to EDEKA supermarket.

I was unable to unlock the door to reception to leave my key on the last morning as I couldn’t get the key to turn in the lock . Luckily the man who ran the shop next door was able to assist me ( he had obviously encountered the problem before ). The contactless check in was a little impersonal for me .

The location of the hotel is perfect! The district is very nice, with lots of grocery shops and cafes nearby. It's just a 5-minute walk to the subway, and only four stops from the city center. The rooms are spacious and full of natural light, and the small kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast or lunch. The contactless check-in process was easy and convenient.

we stayed in May when it was already quite hot, and the apartment is south-facing, so it gets a lot of sun. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night. Additionally, while the couch in the living room is large, it creaks quite a bit

The place was amazing!! very clean and nice, just as in the pictures. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed: coffee machine, toaster, iron, hair dryer...etc. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet... There is a market on Sunday close to the place, which is nice to check out.. The staff let me check-in early, and it was very helpful! Thank you for that!! Also the digital check-in was pretty easy and convenient.

I can't really think about anything that I didn't like, everything was as expected and more!
