The area has a lot of restaurants around, and even a Lidl a couple of blocks away. It is 2 blocks away from the S metro, and 4 blocks from the U subways, so it is very convenient to go to the center or to Potsdam. The beds were very comfortable, the shower worked really well, the room was quite big and with a window to the internal garden. In 38ºC heat it was still quite cool and pleasant.

We got the key through a code on the door, which is fine, but we had to do a phone call to receive the code. It would have been easier if we got the information beforehand by email

quite old and used.. bathroom in corridor but all this was known from pictures. if you need some information call them no answer from writing in booking

Conveniently near savignyplatz station. the neighborhood itself is cozy

service is absent. with a staff that can't really communicate. the shared bathroom is ok but it's the bare minimum and definitely not worth the price I paid.

The room was comfortable, the building was decent and I slept well. It was a very convenient location for all the places to which I ventured and the community was great night or day. While I would have appreciated a real lobby with an elevator at times the stairs were a benefit.

No wifi was available and the community bathroom was never clean unless I did it myself. The staff/manager mostly seemed bothered when an inquiry was made, although it might have helped if I had some better language skills.

The room was good and Regina, the receptionist was also very friendly and supportive.

The wi-fi was very weak and wasn't working at all in the room and in the premises.

The location is acceptable - close to the railway station, bus station. Good restaurants nearby. The heating system is working properly, despite the big volume of the room.

I have a very long list of inconveniences who led to a general dissatisfaction. Summarizing, I believe the ”hotel” needs significant repairs for everything (e.g. the bathroom, the furniture in the room, electrical appliances). Also, the hospitality services have to be improved. It is a must in my opinion.

Room ok, location good

Price was higher then hotel, but this is hostel with everything connected with it. I only had chance to talk with owner over phone. They dodnt speak english and I never got my invoice for accomodation, not even after 3 reminders. Room was ok, but cold and you are basically next to other flatmates who are loud, cooking with open doors.. I had business trip with dormitory experience.
