This is my second stay at this hotel which offers great value considering its proximity to the K’Damm and Savigny Platz. We had a quiet comfortable ensuite room on the fourth floor overlooking the street. This is a pension hotel, so common area and room facilities are minimal, but the buffet breakfast is more than adequate to start the day and the staff are very friendly. Nicki´s Mommsen Restaurant is nice for a drink or lunch. Kouzina Restaurant by the Savigny Platz station is friendly and Dicke Wirtin is a must for traditional fare.

Nothing to dislike

I had a really pleasant stay at this budget hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short visit. The location is convenient, and for the price, it's great value. A special mention to the receptionist — she was very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Her friendly attitude made check-in smooth and really added a nice personal touch to the experience. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile after a long journey! The location was very handy for exploring central Berlin and all the attractions available. Although the majority were accessed via using the plentiful transport options, this was still easy due to the hotels location. Breakfast was also very nice and reasonably priced. The staff were all very lovely and helpful

The lift was slightly on the small side which was difficult with a pram.

The room is excellent - clean and cozy! The hotel is in a fancy area with many stories. There are many bus stops, and if you want to take the train, you must walk for around 10 minutes - it is easy to get there. The breakfast is 14 euros, it´s expensive, but it´s worth it - it´s delicious! With many things

The location is very close to Kudamm street. Hotel is in an classic old building with high ceilings and large rooms. There is an elevator to all floors. It is nice and a clean hotel. Breakfast was enough for us.

It's very well located if you need to be in West Berlin. It's definitely good value for money. It's an old-style hotel with a special charm and style. It's called a "pension" but the breakfast was exceptionally good for a "pension". Everything was very fresh and of good quality.

For me, it's not something bad but for some people it might be: it's not a modern hotel. Everything is a bit old, but nonetheless, functioning and clean.

The room was very large and spacious, with high ceilings, large windows, and a really comfortable bed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with an assortment of fresh meats, cheeses, breads, and the best croissants I've ever had. Looked forward to it every day!

More of a building issue than hotel issue, but the elevator was broken, so walking up the 4 flights could be annoying.

Near the KuDamm which is a rich area but quiet at night, metro not far. Very spacious room, good inernet and bathroom. Towels changed every day. Security good. Nearby restaurants are expensive but Ali Baba is not and does a big range of food.

Checkin was OK because I changed my plans to arrive before it closed. Otherwise not sure how reliable it would be, looking at other reviews. On 2 occasions cleaner just knocked lightly on door and walked straight in.

It's a very nice budget hotel. The staff was very friendly and caring, it felt a bit like home. And I really enjoyed the fancy breakfast set-up. The hotel was exactly as advertised, easy to reach and stylish. I also found it very quiet and safe.

It's not a real disadvantage but you should be careful not to lock yourself out of the room (make sure you take the key when you leave the room) because the reception is not open 24/7.

Excellent location, good neighborhood, close proximity to City Center and shipping avenues, metro access. The room was spacious but old-fashioned.

There weren't any toilitieries even drinking water in the room. Breakfast had very limited options.
