I really liked the old architecture of this hotel, the tranquility, the cleanliness, and the friendly hospitality. In the room, we were able to watch the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games on TV attached on the wall, which was great! The bed was very firm and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. It's near to bus stops.

Since we didn't have breakfast, we weren't allowed to use the beautiful lounge for reading or occasional video calls outside of breakfast hours. So I went out to the terrace with my notebook. But access to the terrace was also limited. I had to move while the video call, which was a shame.

Staff who received us was lovely, really enjoyed my stay here, super simple to get too, if you have a lot of luggage maybe take an Uber, it wasn’t a long walk but it also wasn’t super short. Maybe 10 mins. But felt like 30 with the luggage. Room was huge and very spacious. Bathroom was decently sized. They may not have had air con but they had the most amazing turbo fan that I didn’t really mind not having air con.

Doesn’t have a fridge, I didn’t check when I booked the room if it had a fridge or not. And it does not but I still really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is in a great location, just minutes from Kudamm. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room had a good size, was clean and comfy. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking, but the staff brought a mattress topper up straight away. We'd definitely stay again.

Something seems to be wrong with the pipes in the bathroom because at times there was a sewage smell that only went away when you turned on the shower.

It’s a very calm area. Very good breakfast and feeling like in home and not in a hotel. Many things to explore and quite easy to work to the city center of Berlin

The check in bit complicated since the reception closes at 8 pm but they don’t tell you at the booking. So for late check in expect to go to the hotel in front to get the keys and no one will be there to help if you need anything or support for the luggage

Location is good, room is clean and quiet. Nice breakfast. You'll like it! We did.. :)

Great place to stay, near Kurfürstendam and near the station (few minutes walk). Which was very pleasant as we went to different parts of the city with the S-bahn. The room felt spacious and the hotel is located in a quiet street. Everything is neat and tidy and they changed towels etc every day (unless you make it known you don't want to). Beds were fine. And breakfast was good; a nice variety and the place to enjoy it is a nice place! I liked the elevator too, it has an interesting wooden door and obviously helpful when staying at some floor (we stayed at the 3rd floor).. I would recommend this place!

Great location! Nearby many restaurants and shops! Room was very clean! There were body lotion and shower cap in the room which was considerate. Our room has a lovely terrace. Nice!

Since we visited in May, the weather is comfortable there. However, the room has no air conditioning and refrigerator.

Stayed in Room 22 which was not as per photos advertised. We did not like the dark room and it did not have enough light. No English channels except BBC news and no subtitles channels.

The location of the hotel was very good. Train stations, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc are all within walking distance as the hotel is basically just a few hundred metres down the main Ku'damm street. Despite its proximity to the main street Ku'damm, the hotel itself is very quiet and has a very warm and homely atmosphere! I did not try their breakfast but it looked very nice too!

Clean hotel and lovely staff. Great part of the city. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and very accommodating about leaving bags after check out until our flight.

Personal preference - pillows were big squares and very soft/ feathery. Prefer a smaller firmer pillow. Room could do with some coat pegs - big coats, hats, scarves in the winter don’t fit in the wardrobe with other clothing

I love the antique furniture as part of the decor, the beautiful real flowers in vases, the candles as part of the deco. The breakfast can also be taken in the pretty outdoor garden area, very Berlin and home feel.
